I think Ashaji didn't mean to say that he's as good as Rafi Saab. She was saying that he sang THAT song with a lot of feel, like Rafi Saab would have done. And what really REMINDED her of Rafi Saab was the way Rakesh stood still, with one hand in the air and sang with a smile.
