Shilpa is getting armaan downstairs providing him support but Armaan is unable to walk so he sits down on the stairs (still in pain).Shilpa thinks that armaan cant walk so she will have to do the stiching here itself!
She gets the stiching material and initially she is scared and nervous but she gains strenght and starts stitching Armaan.As soon as she see's armaan's wound ,there's a drop of tear in her eyes and then Armaan also looks at his wounds and then at shilpa but she turns her face so that Armaan cant see her tears!
Then she continues to stitch and in between she keeps getting scared, nervous, hesitant , also feels sad for Armaan but Armaan tells her that a good surgeon's hands never tremble.Shilpa with a brave heart finishes the stitching. And in between the sajana song plays in the background for 6 to 7 seconds.
After she's done with it, she apologizes to Armaan but he just gives her a look and doesnt say a word! She again blames herself for Armaan's condition and his bleeding..
SID'S HOUSE
Sid is sitting on the sofa and riddhima comes their in the same home cloths to which Sid asks her to get ready as everyone wud be waiting for the party but Riddhima says she has posponed the party 2 tom because she wants to start her birthday with Sid! Sid is happy and surprised and asks her "Sirf Mere Saath"..She says "yes, even i can give surprises" and then asks him if he wants cappuccino and goes to the Kitchen. Sid says to himself "I love cappuccino "..
SHILPA'S HOUSE
Shilpa is thinking why does she get affected by Armaan, why was she feeling emotional and the pain by seeing Armaan suffering? She thinks may be she has fallen in luv with him but she consoles herself and says that she's feeling like this only because of that Lover's diary she read and she should stay away from Armaan!
Armaan enters one of the bedrooms to change and when he comes out of the bathroom he by mistake touches one of the photo frames kept on the table(which has shashank and padma's photo) which falls down.When he is abt to see the pic in the frame, shilpa enters the rooom and grabs it from him and hides it!
Armaan says that he should leave but shilpa stops him and says he cant go right now! But he doesnt listen to her and heads towards the door but shilpa closes the door and stands in front of it.Armaan tries to open the door but she again closes it (It happens for 2 to 3 times). Then Armaan faints and falls on the bed.Shilpa also falls with him while giving him support.Armaan is asleep, Shilpa stares at him for 7 to 8 seconds with Sajana in the background and places his head on the pillow.
Then she apologizes to arman for giving him an overdose as she knows that he is unwell and needs rest.She places his legs on the bed. Then she removes all the pics kept in the room.
SID's HOUSE
Riddhima gets the coffee and then she stands their still for a second to which Sid asks her why is she looking tensed? She is worried and asks him did he talk to Armaan? He replies yes he has got shilpa's message that they have reached mumbai and are fine.Riddhima breathes a sign of relief and says why didnt he tell her before and also says that she got so tensed and also adds ke "Tumhe dekhkar main aur bhee tension mein aa gayee"..
He says dont worry they are fine but he is confused why armaan didnt reply to his message.To which riddhima again asks (worried) why didnt he take the call, is he fine or not? to which Sid gets furious and looks at her and even she looks back.
Riddhima is a little uncomfortable and starts saying somthing but Sid says that he understands ! He knows that at a time she and Armaan were very close to each other and that he has accepted her knowing her past. He says i am ur husband now but that doesnt mean u cant have a past.
Riddhima tells to Sid "Tum bahut acche ho aur samajhdaar bhee" but Sid says he is not even that samajhdaar, like other husbands even he is insecure & jealous. She asks when? He says at times. She tells him that u dont have to be insecure or jealous but he says "Tum mujhe bhaav hee naheen detee ho when i am so goodlooking, rich etc and uts always me who keeps doing something or the other for u". To this Riddhima asks him " what should i do for you" to which he replies "kuch aisaa karo ke mujhe yakeen ho jaaye ke tum sirf meree ho".
Shilpa's House
She is standing in the kitchen and is thinking abt Armaan i.e. Armaan's flashbacks with sajana song in the background.She asks to herself "Yeh kyaa ho rahaa hai mujhe, kyun uskaa khyaal apne dimaag se naheen nikaal paa rahee hoon, aisaa kyaa hai usme?" She says she has come to mumbai for her own purpose but then why is she getting affected by Armaan?"When she never felt anything else in life besides pain, then why is she feeling like this for a guy?"

Shilpa tells Armaan that riddhima has cancelled the birthday party as she wants to spend this night with her Husband.
