Ok, got it. Thanks, Prabha Di.😊 But why 30 minutes of commercials?😲 It's a bit too much for showing advertisements. I guess maybe that's why(the increase in running time) has made the current episodes slightly better and enjoyable.

Maybe I am imagining things...but I noticed that from the time ThumsUp has taken over CID, it has improved a lot. When it was Karizma it was the 'dark ages'.

Though I seriously doubt advertisers have anything to do with it. I am game for anything that works for the betterment of our show.

Sorry for bringing up this very very old thread.

What struck me was that in March they were doing 'unofficial' long episodes, probably to test whether our dear trio will be able to handle 2 episodes a week. I think this bi-weekly idea was there at that time itself.

The tried 2 hour specials, lengthy episodes for quite some days before they officially announced a bi-weekly. They probably realised during this experimentation time that our trio cannot handle 2 episodes a week and decided to bring in the 'extras'.

Whatever they have done, they have messed up the show. 😡

but atleast they can make the trio avsilable for more than one hr...i think in each episode trio is only 12-15 mnts together.and ab is the gapfiller

I totally agree that they have messed up with the show by going bi-weekly.I think that instead of two stories they should continue with only one story on both days.This way they will be able to do justice with the characters and the story itself.Now they are just in a rush to end the episode.Sometimes there is not a proper finishing also.
