A better way could have been if Bimlendu and Shekhar would have juz decided their marriage and done it when they were 18...If it was about Shekhar-Neelu breaking the promise they'd have made to Bimlendu, I guess both the friends have a strong bond of trust btwn them....But marrying Taani now itself is almost like ruining her childhood, though she's been told to not consider this as her marriage till she grows up..!

This reason of Bimlendu suffering from Brain tumer seems to be li'l low to marry 15-year old kids without their consent...!!

If Taani has been told to not consider 'this as her marriage until she grows up', how is she supposed live a normal teenage life? Would she be able to date other boys etc? Seems like an unfair situation for her.

Well...dating boys is looked down upon in general in a lot of places in India, so I guess even without the marriage deal she'd have a hard time dating if she wanted to. Both Anurag and Taani I guess at some level have subconsciously limited their options to each other, and I wish they'd reached that stage by themselves, a little later on. But I guess this also goes to show that child/teen marriage, even when not practiced as such, ends up forcing the child/teen to grow up a little beyond their years.
Even if Taani was not married to Anu, she wouldn't be able to date a boy so easily because girls who do so are sometimes deemed 'easy', though I'm glad to say that attitude's shifting.
Anurag's been shown as almost wanting to help her get another guy, and I guess if he didn't develop feelings for her right then and if he didn't have such a big problem with Subodh he would have gone all out and helped her get a guy. They're in a situation I guess, where they have given each other freedom, but have not given themselves freedom...if that makes sense.
