But they way shilpa is behaving with riddhima and calling sid jiju indicates she is riddhima sister but how for that DMG 8.pm at starone

I doubt she being her twin but yes maybe the same father

she is her half sister. i'm 90% sure cuz dmg itself is a copy of grey's anatomy. in grey's anatomy, meredith's dad left and remarried and had lexi. lexi came to do her internship in the same hospital meredith was working as a senior doctor/resident. so if they are related in anyway, they wud have to be half sisters. plus, its kinda obvious the way she talked to shanky abt being a gud parent for riddhima and all.
