Gaala 8 Best Performance

Hi All,

Today's episode was quiet entertaining. All that fake fight and Josh Jazba Junoon, LOL. 😆 It was nice to see Suleiman ji come on the show to support his brother. 😛

I honestly thought Anu ji's team had better singer ' with the exception of Bhoomi of course.

Sunidhi's mimicry and Pushup song were cute. 🤪

Sreeram - Sang really good. It wasn't really a kind of song Sreeram would normally sing but yet again he showed his versatility. 😛

Shivam - Tu Fizza hai is a good song but I never really cared for it much. However, the way Shivam sang, it was beautiful. His notes were amazing. 😛

Rakesh - Where do I start? He surprises me every week. His song had so much feel in it and that will always be his plus point. It was like, out of this world. His performance will be one of the best ones from Indian Idol 5 season. 😍😛

for me sreeram, feel or no feel

honestly saying I was VERY disappointed becz All the contestants have sang way better before than today i mean in teh past they were much better than today I guess the only person I can say did pretty good job as usual was sreeram...... I expected a lot from bhoomi,shivam and rakesh, but Ithink they didnt live upto my expectations :(

Being totally unbiased, I would have to say that Rakesh's current performance was flawless, so I will vouch for that. His strength is his marvelous romantic expressions, he can easliy grab attention with that.

Besides his Performance, Sreeram and Shivam both tried their level best to bring out a good performance, and they did. Though there were flaws in both performances, but I still liked them. It was a huge risk to choose these difficult songs and I appreciate the risk that they took.

Very mediocre singing from all the singers this week. It's high time and they all sucked and did not step up to the plate as contestants competing for the top 5 should be.

Sreeram - 7.5: One of his weakest performances, it started off well but in the middle he completely crumbled the song. Expect better from him in future rounds.

Shivam - 7.0: His opening was SO bad, everyone who was watching in the room with me all together cringed their faces and the person next to me even yelled ouch. He picked it up after that, but it was not a good performance overall.

Bhoomi - 7.0: One of her better performances, compared to her crapfest from last week. Just eliminate her already.

Tia - 5.0: I don't think it will ever matter what the judges say. The only bearable part of the singing was when the chorus jumped in and sang over her. Besides that, I don't know what else to say.

Swaroop - 7.5: He sounded really different from his previous performances. His lower notes aren't nearly as strong as his high notes, and you could really tell from this performance.

Rakesh - 8.0: I've said it before, but Rakesh gets more credit than he deserves usually because he makes intelligent song choices. They're always in his comfort zone, and always suit his voice texture. Guess can't fault him if he sings well in his comfort zone atleast.

Overall: I don't think anyone sang particularly well, but I applaud Sreeram, Swaroop, and Shivam for singing out of their comfort zones and trying new things every week. If any of these become the Indian Idol, I'd be fine with it. Good luck.

But, we have to be unbiased as far as the best performance was concerned. and therefore, Rakesh was the best today, I cannot deny that. 😊
