It looks like some religiuos celebration. as lots of ppl have tilak and neil is wearing some kind of red band on his arm

It is from colors channel when they had programme on ganpati celebration last year.It is during ganpati visarjan they are all dancing.

Don't you think Neil in his full white kurta and chappals looks way better than the other "hunks" with their white ganjis and (yuck) white shoes!
