Kareena's peaks came before Jab We Met too. And she still continues to peak :P

Her peaks include K3G= her first big hit

Mujhe kuch kehna hai= her solo hit (it was her second film and she was new and had a hit with Tushar wich is a big suprise)

Omkara, Dev, Chameli= all these are also her peaks when critics starting taking her acting/ talent seriously. She started to be known as a versatile actress rather than a glam doll. (Pretty big for an actress) :P
