Sasurji vs Guruji

Sasurji asked Pratigya to leave as it will tarnish his reputation....Pratigya did not agree (fine)
Guruji said same sentence, she agreed to leave...why?

I know, SS condition to severe tie with 'maika' is ruthless...he was looking after his election and his reputation...Even prof. would have done same thing if SS had killed someone and accepted it in public...(even without doing anything, prof. wants to maintain distance with SS)

I am not against Pratigya's decision to not leave Police station...I am against her ability to think...she gets readily influenced by her father...but treats others as useless...

The more I watch Pratigya as the female lead and the one to stand up for women's rights and issues, the weaker she looks and sounds by the day. The smoke from the havan or maybe the presence of fire is what fires her up to stand up and make an announcement at that time. Rest of the time she comes across as someone severely lacking in common sense, with no warmth for children or her husband for that matter. She comes across as a cold fish, with no sensual side to her and married to a man who is passionately and madly in love with her. Her behavior at the school said it all. Which woman wouldn't pat a little girl on the back or smile at them at the school. She looked more like a prison warden than a young woman who could some day see herself as a mother to young children educated and raised to be productive members of society. She is starting to look more and more annoying that Krishna leaving her for good and moving on sounds like a better idea every passing day.

Can't you tell? I am not warming up to the female lead on this show one bit.

Today was the day I was hoping she would speak up boldly to SS or her father...she did a weak try to get him out of the jail. She also became cold like Adarsh when she saw Prof. behind the bars...

She could have insisted her father to come out either request or with force...

She could have asked him to talk in privately to know the fact what happened actually...she accepted the fact very soon...

Or She could have asked SS to allow her to stay with him for some more time to know the actual fact...

All she did was staring at SS and Krishna as if they were the root cause of this mess. As you said, the fire and the smoke was missing for her to fire up...

People like that tend to have a miserable married life and haven't we all see plenty of women like that who are bent on ruining their own lives all for the fixation with maike and not able to look beyond their growing years. It's understandable when there is a major crisis but Prats looks for any excuse to latch on to her maike's affairs. No sasural is going to like that indifference towards them day after day. Just shows a lack of maturity on her part.

NOW PRATIGYA GOT ANOTHER BIGGGGGGGGGG CHANCE TO SCOLD KRISHNA AND HIS FAMILY FOR NOT HELPNG HER FATHER!🤢BOOOOOOOOOOO VERY IRRITATNG N BORING DAT WUD BE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😕

Here's an idea............a suggestion to the Tacurse...........if Prats sulks, cries and makes life miserable for them, they should lock her up in a room with Amma and Piasiya. She will get a earful from them to keep her quiet for months to come. It's not like SS and Krishna hadn't tried to help Prof. and get him out, it was their ziddi mulish ways that has Prof. still stuck in the slammer. Waste of tax payer money maintaining people in jail without probable cause and evidence to back it up. Where is a public defender when we need one to talk some sense into Prof. for a change. He may listen since it comes from someone more educated than him. Of course her Dadi would have been more effective in blaming her for all her Shamu's problems.

I would not write her off ...


Pratigya does have a caring side and we saw that when she took care of Krishna after Angad knifes him... we also saw it when Amma makes her run to get her medicines ...we saw her compassion and humane side when she falls over Kesar and offers her body as a protective shield from Shakthi's beatings..I would not write her off as a cold fish, we have seen how happy she looked when she was talking about Mithilesh..

I think it is the realistic and selfish action's of SS and shakthi that makes her scuttle back to her shell, she has an innate distaste of their feudal thoughts, methods and tries to remain uninvolved in their deeds...

Here too she realizes it is a vote catching gimmick and also Pratigya is not an extrovert nor boisterous neither is she spontaneous ...she must have felt crowded and wary with Thakurs and his men surrounding her ..Such an action would cause an uncomfortable feeling in any introvert and make them robotic..and Pratigya was tru to the dictum.

I don't get why she was heard saying I don't understand why Papa is doing this? I can understand that coming from Krishna bec' he is a clueless dude at the moment riding high on the friendship wave with Prats. She on the other hand was present when Angad showed up and she gave him another thappad to add to the rage he already had against her. So unless she locked her brain in her cupboard at home why hasn't she even added the pieces to get her answers?

In yesterday's SBB we saw little girls saying they loved how Prats on the show. These children look too young to watch a show with mature content. Isn't there a TV rating system and do they really air this show that early in the day that they get to watch it? Even if they watch it with the adults in the family, the content is way too mature for their growing brains to comprehend at that young age.
