Shivam and Bhoomi both have unusual voices which the public may not connect to instantly. Shivam's voice texture is quiet rough and Bhoomi's voice is heavy and deep for a female singer. But the judges can see the potential in these two singers, so they want to big them up and reverse the public's perception perhaps... Other singers that the judges like (e.g. Sreeram, Naushad, Rakesh) seem to have more conventional voices and don't need to be defended or bigged up all the time.
