Jens i knw yaar even i was wondering the same thing why is he smiling while looking at her n see his expression changed whn Ridz said to Shilpa that this is Hospital his expression changed smiley to a bit of confusing or angry no idea bt he was totally looking cute while smiling at Shilpa
