Sonam has no issues with Deepika!

It was recently reported that Sonam Kapoor chose not to work with Deepika Padukone owing to personal reasons.

Sonam and Deepika's supposed tiff started ever since their debut films released on the same day! Sonam's Saawariya and Deepika's Om Shanti Om clashed at the box office and just when everyone linked Sonam to Ranbir, news of Ranbir seeing Deepika broke, leading to certain awkwardness between the two women.

Ranbir is no longer with Deepika today and just when we assumed all's well between Sonam and Deepika, news of Sonam refusing to work with Deepika came out, owing to personal issues.

Sonam however denied that she refused to work with Deepika in Rahul Dholakia's "Desi Boys", starring John Abraham and Akshay Kumar.

Sonam clarified, ""The role that Deepika is doing was offered to me before. I would have loved to do it but because I was busy with 'Mausam' and 'Thank You' I could not take it. It later went to Deepika and I am sure she will do a great job."

She further added, ""I don't know Deepika. Then how would I have a cold war with her?"

Oh man, i would love to see Sonam opposite John. Good thing she clarified the real reason. Now people could stop accusing Sonam😊

Why does her sentence almost always start with "the role that Deepika was doing"........and ends with "I don't know Deepika".
Something strange is happening to me, I am gravitating more towards Deepika's unlikable(to me at least) diplomatic personality to Sonam's boisterous persona these days. This girl sounds more and more like a catty school girl. She was so much better when she appeared on fashion mags and talked about silver spoons, atleast that looked and sounded genuine/ brutally honest.

Why does she need to talk about a role she refused?

Well I have a feeling she is trying to show off that Deepika is doing a role she refused.

I have an irrational dislike anytime an actor says that I was offered that role after someone else has been chosen for the part. It screams " Look, others are feeding off my rejected roles" to me.

What happened guys? Weren't some of you were complaining oh sonam doesn't want to play second to Deepika, and what's the big deal when she said she refused the role? Didn't Srk said he refused so many roles, does it mean he degrading other actors? No. So same goes for Sonam, she clearly mentions she never offered second role but the role deepika got. If Sonam kept quiet, obviously more people going to talk about her insecurities. Which now people can stop talk about it.

I can't believe they even don't understand what she meant when she said "I don't know Deepika." These guys are unbelievable.
