Lets face it, some of these actresses can never pull off a "sexy" look, now matter how short or skimpy their attire might be. It's an "either you have or you don't" kind of quality. Actresses who cannot pull off sexy--
Rani
Priyanka
Sonam
Aishwarya (bah! who am I kidding here!)
Priety
Minishha (why is she even on this list?)

On others, both sexy and simple look works.

Aishwarya looks better traditionally. And Bipasha generally radiates a 'sexy' image EVEN in indian clothing. I dont know some stars just have a look that gets carried through no matter how they dress.

Sonam for example always looks delicate and lovely.

OH WOW U nailed it. I agree with your list of actress who can't pull of sexy. I don't know about PC she can pull of sexy sometimes but she goes overtop sometimes with her sexiness that looks inappropriate at times.

simple for all, except Kareena! I don't like her no make-up natural look! I like in the super glam looks(and NOT roles)! It's weird, I know!

@bold, I totally know what you mean! PC tries so hard to be sexy that it almost comes across as vulgar, and there is a fine line.
