I personally think Nihira will sound good with almost all the singers, both new and established… If you asked for the best, I would say Hemachandra, Sharib, Debojit, Arjit, Sonu, Shaan and Kunal Ganjewala. Since noone voted for Sharib, I'm voting for him. 😊

I think Bollywood is starving for a change in trend… both in music and films. In the last few years, the success of films like Jism and Murder have really brought the morality of films down… and item songs have become more like "mainstream" music.

I hope new singers like Nihira, Hemachandra and quality music directors like SEL, ARR, Shantanu Moitra, M.M. Kreem, etc can bring melody back into films. I'm not saying there's no place for modern music… just that it would be nice to strike a balance… like the music of the 90s.

1. Udit Narayan (Imagine UN and Nihira singing "Pehla Nasha")

2. Sonu Nigam

3. Shaan

Would love to hear her with Sonu Nigam, Shaan, Udit Narayan and with Debojit for soft melodious numbers (Their duet Aao Na was simply fantastic)
