Shows name Contradiction??

I was just watching the show from the starting because i never did. And so i just noticed the name. Miley Jab Hum Tum. Doesn't it sort of sounds like/means "Remember when we met?" So that means when the shows ends, they are probably going to be old, and close a book full of their young days. But now since they killed rati, they sort of killed the name too?

I don't know if i'm making any sense but i wanted to share it.
