How many times has God ever helped us? NIL, nadda...shoonya! History has seen many massacres...thousands/lakhs/millions..even crores of people have died. Many of these massacres took place in name of GOD...certainly GOD should have appeared to stop these.

Another question is why does not GOD appear and settle the issue once for and all. We have Hindu, Muslim, Christian, Buddhist, Sikh, Jain, Parsi and other GODs....and we keep killing each other in name of GOD...let the REAL GOD appear...doodh ka doodh aur paani ka paani karna chahiye real GOD ko.

But these things will never happen, but we still keep deluding ourselves believing in someone up there....there is no GOD. Aur agar hai to woh ekdam useless hai...

People need to understand a basic point that God and Religion has been created or invented by human for human. Religion is for human beings; human beings are not for religion. There were lot of killings and blood-shedding before religion came into existence. Some people thought if we have somebody called God and something called religion that will stop people from killing each other. But it turned out that people started killing each other in the name of God and religion.

Hinduism which is the oldest religion in this world, didn't have the killing phase as it does not force people to go to temple and get brainwashed by priests but it must have had its share of killings in the name of castes etc.

Christianity had its phase of killing in which the only option was either you join a church or get killed. But its a relatively old religion now and has evolved. Religion like Islam is relatively new and going through a bad phase.
