A husband wife tiff has to be resolved at one point of time. Long lasting problems is not a healthy relationship.
Abhi Simi have always shown to patch up quickly but just this problem lasted a little longer. But as per the story its just thrre days into the incident following Abhi's return from Chandigarh.
Whoever makes mistakes say sorry. But most of the times I have wiitnessed couples patching up by starting a conversation completely unrelated to the issue of the original tiff. So it really does not matter if an apology was issued as a statement. A little crying and a hug does make a difference.
Simi's pat on his back was the way she usually treats him. When after the electocution attempt scene, Simi and Abhi are begging Mili to open the door, both Abhi and Simi are seen gently hitting each other.
When Abhi returned home and scares Simi, after a hug she hits him for the mischief that he did. That gentle hit is not to hurt but out of love.
And recently again, after the hug, she gently hits him for the 3 days of trouble he gave her by his behaviour.
When she called Abhi "Bagootar", I felt it was her love and nothing else. She calls him bagootar lovingly. After the 3 day long anger, the tears, hug and being addressed with the nickname, Abhi feels happy and the expression when he hugs Simi closer suggested he too is content in that secure hug cos Abhi too has gone through hell in the last three days. And he too needed the feeling of being wanted and that togetherness.
To make a relationship work especially a marriage, compromise is necessary.
