'Band of Boys' is India's only Indi-pop boy band and they are back again with another album after delivering their hit 'Meri Neend' long back. Karan Oberoi, Chaitanya Bhosle, Sherrin Varghese and Siddharth Haldipur have jammed together once again and created music after a long gap, stopping all speculation that 'Band of Boys' has split up. However one singer Sudhanshu Pandey has left the band and he is the only one missing here, otherwise all other are very much in form. Sudhanshu was more interested in acting and so he decided to part ways. Gaane Bhi Do Yaaron is their new album they are cock-a-hoop about. This is their third album after their debut with 'Yeh Bhi Who Bhi' and the second 'Kiss Kis Ko', which turned out to be a dud.

The video of their first song 'Nain Katare' is in the air and is catching the pulse of the people. Composed by Leslie Lewis who has given music for their first album too, the music here is loaded with more pep and zing and entertains you all along. They couldn't come up with music all this years, as one of the band members puts in that they were busy doing different kinds of things like films, performing and traveling. After they decided to come out with a new album, they went to Leslie Lewis on whom they have complete trust and knows that he understands them. All the while people thought that they've disbanded, but here they are again to prove everyone wrong. Apart from doing music they've some other career perspective in mind too. Karan has acted in soaps and is looking to work in television and films, Chaitanya is the grandson of Asha Bhonsle and wants to do more music and become a VJ, Sherrin, the Cherokee in Movers and Shakers wants to anchor shows and sing and Siddharth wants to act, model, dance and sing.

As an individual singer Siddharth is more into Hip Hop, R&B; Sherrin is inclined towards hard rock, trance and global music; Karan loves singing ghazals and Chaitanya is a retro musician. So this album is an amalgamation of sorts and doesn't follow a particular genre. 'It is just pure music, to be enjoyed by all' the Band of Boys says.
