The choreographers or teachers of kids

Guys i have seen colors chak dhoom dhoom where kids are trained by the famous choreographer Bosco and Sezar and they are also doing choreography for the kids performances.I love did since its inception and i am very much disappointed seeing trio as choreographer is not there and previous dancers are now doing choreography for kids.I mean why this discrimination for kids.They dance very well and are worth to be choreographed by top choreographers.
