No, Mrs Tripathi specifically asked her about the Majhle beti i.e. second daughter, which means Sudha. Essentially, this was the CVs way of signaling to viewers that Uday & Sudha are gone from the show - either for a while, or for good. Somewhat surprising, given that Padma didn't seem to know that when Jyoti was in hospital or Sushma was getting married, and was calling for Sudha.

Like Tuhina/Bhairavi, I hope it's just for a while, and that they make occasional appearances for things like Jyotir's wedding, her godh bharai and so on. But they needn't appear @ any future celebrations of Pankaj - leave that to Bhairavi & Neelam 🤣
