I hope that the audience at large accepts the results of DID lil masters with grace and sets a wonderful example of sportsmanship for the kids...........I hope we don't see a repeat of DID 1 and DID 2 where people mocked and belittled the winner just because their favorite contestant didn't win........Salman won DID 1 fair and square and most people who watched DID 1 thought that he was a better dancer then all others in the show...........Shakti won DID 2 fair and square and most people who watched DID 2 thought that she was a better dancer then all others in the show......I don't understand why it's so hard for people to accept the results.........Frankly I think that it's a terrible example to set for the kids or anyone by calling the winner of the show undeserving and mocking the people who voted for the winner by saying they don't know much about dance.........Those who can't accept the results of a competition with grace should avoid watching or participating in competitions altogether........

Very well said ankit. 👏 In these reality shows, we have to understand that our favorites can't always win.😕 Its the audience who chooses who wins, whether we like the one chosen or not. After all, its just a competition. 😊

Yes...I hope we don't see people mocking and belittling the person coming in the 2nd, 3rd or 4th place either!

😕 ummm stating the winner was better then the person who finished 2nd, 3rd, and 4th is not demeaning.........Those are just the results........I don't have any problems saying that Shakti was a better dancer then D sir in DID 2......She won the show, how could she not be better? 😕 But saying that a dancer who finished 4th was better then the dancer who finished 1st doesn't make any sense.......😕

😕 ummmmmm what actions? I have never once demeaned the results of the show......I accept the results of the show eventhough I don't like them.....😕 and ummmmmm just like the people giving the lectures are free to do so, the people are also free to ignore the lectures.....😕

You have been plenty demeaning to Jai, and have said many more things than saying "Salman was a better dancer than Jai in DID1". I don't want to get into a quoting war with you, but any one who has been on this board knows all tha you have said on various threads about Jai..."his lack of potential", "his lack of skill as a dancer", "no doubt about his finishing in 4th place because he was not good enough".
Rahi baat, the 1st place holder of any dance competition being a "better" dancer than dancers finishing in other places or as you have said before..the person not being in the first place being worse dancer than the winner. I disagree with your simplistic logic. Dance competitions are not Olympics where it is as objective as person jumping higher being the winner or person running faster being the winner...it is a subjective evaluation of an art form. Just like a person being nominated but not winning an Oscar is not necessarily worse actor than the winner, a person not winning DID is not necessarily a worse dancer than the winner. Keep in mind, Oscar is a peer reviewed forum ...dance competitions are voted on by Junta who is neither trained in the art form nor has any way of disassociating dance with the personality or any thing else that they happen to like in a dancer.

😕 How is it demeaning to say that Jai finished 4th because he was not good enough as Salman, Siddhesh, and Alisha? isn't that the fact? If he was good enough he would have finished ahead of them.......Just like D sir wasn't good enough to beat Shakti in DID 2.....and DID is a dance competition not a dance showcase..........Dancers are there to compete.......and junta is the perfect judge of these shows because junta is the one who is going to make the careers of all those in the show...without the junta they wouldn't have a career in dance so it's only fair that junta gets to decide who they think to be the best.........😕 ummm and fans of any contestant can cry sour grapes and say oh the junta doesn't know anything about dance and the dancer that we cheer for is the best.....😕where's the sportsmanship in that? Do we want to teach the kids to not respect the winner and take defeat in stride? Or do we want them to keep believing that they are the best eventhough the results of the competition say otherwise? 😕 Jai fans believing him to be the best dancer doesn't make him so.....the results of the competition decide who the best dancer in the show was......😊 and yess if Jai copies choreographies of others without giving credit then he will be criticised by people just like anyone who does it would be criticised.......😕 Where does it say that Jai is above criticism? 😕 Can't expect the whole world or even the majority of the world to be Jai's fans can we? 😕
