That pic is called Avatar.....you can go to 'settings' in the top menu bar.....then select 'EDIT PROFILE'

You will see 'Select Avatar' option at the bottom of that page. In that there is 'upload avatar' select that and browse through the pics you have. Select the one you want but the file size has to be less than 40KB.....
