SRK, Humko Tumse Pyar Hai!

News is abuzz that Humko Tumse Pyaar Hai starring Amisha Patel, Arjun Rampal and Bobby Deol in the lead, which released Friday, would never have been released had it not been for Shah Rukh Khan.

SRK is said to have intervened to get UTV involved in the film that was in the making for many years. The film was stalled due to Bunty Soorma's death. This altered the entire film from its schedule to the vision of the film. Vikram Bhatt who stepped in to complete the film took 18 months to do it and finally the film released all over.

UTV took up the distribution rights of the film only on SRK's request. The optimistic Moranis are thankful to SRK and are expecting the film to do well. UTV is distributing it in Mumbai whereas Manmohan Shetty is doing the honors in the international territory.
