What Do You Love Most About Indian Idol? - Page 4

Wow, its amazing how no one here watches the show purely for music. Is that saying something about our personal likes and dislikes or is that more directed at the apparent lack of talent in the last few seasons of Indian Idol ... I cannot help but wonder. 😆

Anyways, I like the clear cut format of American Idol - the way they bring music + entertainment for the audience, and in the process, change a few lives in their hunt for pure talent. Although the structure of American Idol and the standard in AI is much, much higher, I enjoy Indian music and therefore its nice to have an Indian Idol around. It would of course be much nicer if there was less drama, more singing, better judges, and more consistency season after season. Anyways, fingers crossed for this season --- definitely looks promising with the current panel of judges!

well i like singing...but then that's not the sole reason for watching the show apart from that i guess the judges especially anu and jaavedji ki nok jhok; the spicy humourous masala that they show during auditions; the anchors especially mini and hussein; the contestants-their friendship, their real life stories, their chote mote fights, their bonding; the video that they make with the selected gala contestants and not to forget the various product promotions that they do with the selected contestants even that is fun to watch😆...moral of the story i like it for everything i know saregama has a lot of brilliantly singing contestants compared to Indian Idol but if given a choice i wud always prefer to watch Indian Idol😛 i simply love it👍🏼

Very true! I love the way the contestants do all the funny things together, and the way their videos are made and showed. Definitely Indian Idol team knows how to entertain the viewer in the truest sense. Thanks for sharing in your memories.
