I feel that Radhika does have a twin sister Radha,
and Shantanu will eventually figure that out and
help Radhika find her family...
I think Shantanu really had a wife and loved her
enough to grieve .. didn't care to live, and was
depressed, till Mrinalani led him to Radhika. It still
has to come to light as to how Mrinalani knows
Shantanu, his wife's resemblance etc.
