Madushree's tonal quality, expression and sur are spot on. In fact there's much more bounce in the expression and a much more masterful control on pitching then we hear often in Bollywood.
She has such a pure voice that she can sing in a whispering tone without it sounding too breathy or weak. And for so many straight notes with smooth transitions to be sung without a hint of unnecessary vibrato and with such neatness is also commendable.
There were high notes, there was feeling and she fulfilled (if not bettered) the scope of the song. However it didn't touch me as much as Kavita's song. So I can't give this an 8. I'll stick with a 7/10 for now...
