Rajaraman - a rich industrialist - otherwise he cant afford two
wives !!! Looks like the whole world knows about his two wives other
than the two wives and their kids - including the parents of the wives.
It is difficult to say who is first and who is second.

Anu - with 3 kids Niveda , Santhosh , Manju, Anu's brother Kamesh
Pallavi - extremely possessive (pinne?? ) with 2 kids.- Karthik and a daughter .
Pallavi lives with her parents. Raja has a close friend who also works for him - Sundaram. Raja's mother is angry with Raja for his
clandestine life - So refuses to acknowledge his presence. Looks like
mommy endorses the marriage with Anu and not Pallavi. Raja has a double 50 th Birth day celebration - both wives have a lavish party and Sundaram is the common entity. Mommy refuses to bless sonny boy but after he leaves, prays to God for his longevity - motherssss. Rajaraman feels bad about two timing but looks like there is a very valid reason for his action. Sundaram says that whatever Rajaraman has done is a sacrifice - "time will take care of everything" Rajaraman is blackmailed by a guy - Kaathadi Ramamurthi, who has a wife and daughter. He runs his life by milking Rajaraman and the daughter
is a day dreamer - she has no other job in life. The mother is fed up of both these uthavakkarais. Shree, Niveda's friend picks up a fight with Karthik - some traffic offense issue - Niveda is with her when this happens and takes her home. Anu tells Shree that whatever she did is wrong.At the same time in Karthik's house, all tell him that his behavior towards Shree is not right. He agrees to apologize. Both the
children of Pallavi are engaged in social service activities and Rajaraman happily donates for all their services.

Monday 3/5/10 Episode 6

Shree comes to a temple along with another lady who
says that she is depending on Shree for every thing. Well,
time for another clash - only this time with Pallavi, Karthik's
mother. Pallavi walks in to the temple and the priest extends a
warm welcome - "vaangO amma, ipdi munnale vaangO" -
asks some one to move - so that Pallavi can be accomodated
in the front row. Shree, the freedom fighter gets up and says that
there should be no disparity in the temple " Pinnale vantha vanga
pinnale thaane ukkaranum !!!! Samy kku munnadi yenna poor and rich?" The priest argues for Pallavi but Shree stands her ground. The rest support her. Pallavi decides to leave "inge irukkira yezhai pazhai ye samy kumbidattum, me leaving.." Karthik walks in, watches this exchange with a smile on his face...... Pallavi orders him to leave. Shree also sees Karthik.

In the car, Pallavi fumes. Karthik tries to reason out - " there is some
truth in what she says. Looks like some one who wants justice in every thing !!" Pallavi says that Shree is jealous. " She must be a middle class girl who can not afford luxury !!! athaan ivvalavu kovam " Karthik says that it is the same girl who fought with him for the traffic offense. "you supported her that day saying that she could be right !! But after seeing her, you have a different opinion !!" And Shree and the other lady are also discussing the "thimiru " of Karthik and his mom.

Rajaraman has some august visitors. Architects' Association's president and secretary - they have come to convey the news of an award to Rajaraman - but athukku munnadi konjam Rajaraman ashtothram is sung. Raja thanks them but refuses the award . Sundaram tries to pacify the visitors and says that he will convince Raja. The visitors say that they have heard it in the grape wine that Raja is a "head heavy " guy. "2 days thaan time, for him to accept, ok??" Sundaram talks to Raja and Raja has a valid point "enakkum aasai thaan, award vaanga. But if this news gets out, both my families would want to attend the function !!! And, if I manage to just take one family, the other one will know through the media !!!! hmmm, I may be an industrialist ..but have to live like a smuggler !""

Tuesday 4/5/10 Episode No 7

Finally we get to see Shree's house - amma, appa and an elder
brother , upper middle class look. Shree is still sulking about the
temple incident. Brother says that she needs to turn a deaf ear
and a blind eye to all that happens around "un velai yai paarthundu
poganum. Oor vishayam ellathileyum poking your nose naa......"
Shree talks about Pallavi showing off her money and Karthik flaunting his wealth. Amma says that this can not continue "very soon, we want you to get married ....apram ipdi pOnnai valarthu vitten nnu ennai thaan ellarum thittuvanga !!! " Daddy supports Shree - a happy normal family, habbaaaaaaaaaaaa.

Kathadi Ramamurthi's family - avar screen name is not known to Roja. The money he milked from Rajaraman comes home as a silk saree - after two days !!! Wife Usha chides "rendu naala enge pOi tholainjinga?? Maligai kadai aasami vanthu kanna pinna nnu kathittu pOraan !!! Athai kudukkame , 10,000 Rs podavai rombbba mukkkiiiyam " But the day dreaming daughter is happy to see the saree, takes it and runs inside for yet another new day dream. KR says that he bought the saree because he got 2 hankies free - " maligai kadai kkararukku kerchief ai kuduthu samaali" Usha
wants to know the source of his milking but KR refuses to let
the cat out of the bag.

Grilling time - both the families frill Raja for refusing the award.
Raja is spinning some cock and bull story "if I accept the award,
then I will be more of a business man. Whenever you go out with
me, I will be a businessman only, not a loving hubby !! So, what would you prefer? " (ithu enna logic???? ) Anu wants him to be a hubby alone whereas Pallavi wants a successful businessman as hubby (apdi pOdu ) This grilling alternates in both houses. Karthik says that he would much rather have a loving dad but the daughter sides mommy. All of Anu's kids are keen that Raja should accept the award. Raja says that he has decided not to accept the award -
"no more discussions on this !!" Anu's kids and Pallavi and her daughter separately decide to see the Chairman of the awards committee - the very next day

Wednesday 5/5/10 Episode No 8

Rajaraman writes a cheque for Rs. 1 lakh - for the Architects' Association. Wants Sundaram to reach it to the association - " I rejected their award and I need to make up.." Sundaram feels that
the time is not right but Raja wants him to reach it to the association asap. Another self pity trip "enakku mattum yen ipdi life??? Ellathiyum Odaichi ellar kitteyum sollida pOren.." Sundaram says "right now it is just you who suffers.... In case you spill every thing...two families will be miserable!!" Raja looks crest fallen but decides against spilling the beans.

Karthik is in some old age home - washing clothes, bathing them etc., etc., (hmmm oru naal ore oru naal, unga amma saree or paatti saree ai wash panni yiruppiya??) A girl called Kavitha - who incidentally calls Karthik as anna - praises him to the skies and finally makes him to promise that he will marry only a poor girl. Kavitha is a friend of Shree who is on her way to the ashram. Karthik is on his way out ...wait wait.... yet another clash. the auto in which Shree travels almost hits Karthik's bike..Karthik politely points out the auto driver's mistake and moves on..he does not see Shree but she does...feels bad for missing another opportunity for " pidicha kaattil kOndu pOi Karthik kkai vida " .....

Pallavi and Priya come to the association office and decide to wait for the president. Similarly, Nivedha and Santhosh come and wait. Nivedha admires Pallavi's saree and both parties get to talk - some amicable talk. Both the parties come to know that they have come for a clandestine act. Before the details could be exchanged, Sundaram arrives - he sees both the families but they do not. He calls Nivedha in her mobile, asks the bro-siis duo to come out - gives a bit of his mind
about doing some thing against Rajaraman's decision. Sends both back..as they leave Pallavi comes to the same hall as her mobile loses signal inside the room. She does not see Sundaram talking to Nivedha and Santhosh. She is feeling guilty and Sundaram educates " you are here opposing Raja's decision??? Do you realize
that you are actually demeaning him???' Pallavi zpologizes and leaves with Priya.... Sundaram is happy that Raja wanted that cheque delivered asap...

Thursday May 6^th Updates Update By Nithya

Shree reaches the ashram and meets her college mate Kavitha.. After some chit chat Kavitha talks about Karthi the gr8 who is helping the orphanage and 24hrs is less for the social service work he does.. A lady gives Kavitha the watch Karthi missed out .. Kavitha requests Shree to give to Karthi at some kuppam where he would be taking tuition.. That lady who gave eth watch says Karthi will come this Sunday why trouble this girl.. But Shree wants to meet the interesting personality and offers to give the watch..

At the kuppam, Karthi is teaching children.. he gives some work and walks out .. Shree lands at the same time.. they miss each other.. Shree sees a gentleman walking by and asks Karthi.. That guy says Yes.. She gives the watch.. he takes it and walks away.. Shree calls him multiple time but he does not respond.. She is upset.. She says Kavitha spoke high about this guy Karthi.. but this fellow does not have basic courtesy too.. She nondhufies for coming so far to give the watch and walks back.. Meanwhile Karthi walks back and that guy gives the watch to Karthi.. Karthi asks who gave it.. that guy tells a girl gave and she walked away just now. Karthi wants to thank and runs behind.. He calls out Excuse me and Shree turns around and gets wild seeing Karthi.. She shouts at Karthi for disturbing her.. Karthi tries to explain.. But madam is no mood to listen.. meanwhile a lady gets out of an auto and calls Karthi .. Karthi walks towards her and Shree is startled hearing that name 'karthi'.. that lady thanks Karthi for helping her daughter on time during her delivery time.. Karthi says nothing gr8 and asks what child.. that lady says boy child and distributes chocolates.. Karthi's friend who took the watch also comes and takes sweets.. Shree too picks one.. that lady sings some more Karthi puranam and walks away.. Shree apologizes multiple times for misunderstanding Karthi.. Karthi says please hold one sorry.. I too need to ask.. Shree asks for what.. Karthi says for taking your vehicle without your permission.. The friend says how can you think wrong about the gr8 Karthi.. he has made a human.. I was a drug addict for 24 hrs.. he saved me and got me a job too.. Shree is happy and aparam feels shy. Karthi says at the temple, when you argued with my mom I felt you were right.. I wanted to apologize at the temple .. but could not... She apologies again.. Karthi and Shree laughing away glory.. ( adukulle kadhal vandhudutha !!)

Rajaraman at Anu's home taking Nivedha and his son on a parade for going to the association.. Nivedha apologizes.. Anu assures no more such incidents.. Meanwhile Pallavi keeps calling and Raja cuts the call every time.. Sundaram wonders who could be on the phone.. Raja warns all saying I have given you all enough freedom .. But if you guys try to misuse it .. I will take away all the freedom .. be careful.. he walks away.. Nivedha chides Sundaram for letting Raja know about this matter.. Anu scolds Nivedha for doing the mistake and blaming Sundaram.. Sundaram says I would not have told Raja.. but if he gets to know this matter from someone else .. He will mistake me.. Anu says you are right in what you did.. This is a punishment she has to face for the mistake she did..

Pallavi is upset that raja isn't picking the phone.. daughter says dad might be busy.. Pallavi says no at least once he would have picked.. Guess Sundaram would have told the matter and he is angry that we went to the association.. Raja goes out and messages Pallavi "Don't disturb me" daughter asks Pallavi to try again.. Pallavi picks the phone reads the message and gets emotional..

Monday 10/5/10 Episode No 11

Rajaraman in house no 1 ?? 2??? whateverrrrr.....it is Anu's place.
Anu is planning to go and meet athai aka Raja's mommy. Anu
says that Raja is such a nice person whom no one can hate..
"aana unga amma kku athu theriyalai !!!! I am going to set right things.
I am taking the kids as well..." Raja says that before he dies or his mom dies, things should settle. He has a request though. Asks Anu to call him - "mobile le nee avanga kitte pesarathai naa kekkaren....
Rajaraman nnu yen perai avanga solrathai na ketta kooda pOthum.."
Anu promises to do just that......"ellam sariya aagidum, bye bye..."

Now it is time for the other house - Raja and Sundaram go to Pallavi's house -
who looks shocked ( athu sari, purushan kaaran veetu kku varrathu le enna ipdi oru shock??) Obviously she is not used to such bonanzas. Raja says that he felt bad about shouting at Pallavi -
" unnai pakkanum nnu thOnichu, athaan.. You and Priya apologized but I did not apologize for shouting at you...athaan sorry kekka vanthen..." Sundaram says that the white dove is flying high ..
Pallavi says that Rajas anger is rewarding "athaana le thaane ipdi oru surprise visit enakku kidaichuthu !!" Sundaram wants to know if Pallavi will pick up more fights "just so u get more surprise visits??" Pallavi gets all emotional and says that she does not entertain such talks - even as a joke. Another round of apology.. finally..coffee making time. Priya comes and asks dad for an admission in a
reputed Engineering college. Sundaram is asked to do the needful.

Kaathadi Ramamurthy's household - the daughter is as usual dreaming. The house owner comes asking for house rent " 3 maasa rent bakki.." KR does some jagal baachi act..... finally the house owner is sent with a promise "nalaikki will pay.." After the owner leaves, Usha pries.. "ungalukku vaari vaari panam kudukkum ragasiyam ennavO?" KR carefully avoids to answer.... secret is still a secret. After KR leaves, Usha vows to extract the secret from hubby...dreamer goes back to dream land......

Anu visits athai....paatti is elated to see the grand kids.... pleasantries
exchanged.... paatti laments about not meeting the grandkids often..
Anu doling out excuses.... Anu calls Raja and keeps the mobile on...
Raja listens ..Anu asks " naanga varalai nnu kekkaringa... neenga enga veetu kku yen varalai?" Paatti changes the topic. Anu talks about hubby but paatti judiciously avoids the topic...Raja is listening. Paatti says that she is going to cook for all of them. Anu asks "avar ange thaniyaa irukkar. Naanga inge sappitta, avarukku yaar sappadu kuduppa?" Patti blasts "un veedu illai nna, avanukku sappida edamaa illai??" Anu is confused....Raja listens....Paatti fidgets...

TUESDAY 11th MAY 2010 - EPISODE - 12 Update by Eclat

Anu wonders what her athai is trying to say.. athai sobers and tells there are umpteen restaurants if no food at home.. Anu again tries to bring Raja into paatti's conversation, but paatti eludes. Patti tells the children about the rose plants in the garden, and promises a feast for lunch, the children happily go out to see the garden. Anu stops her athai and asks why so much hatred towards her son, the mother tells Anu to ask her husband about it , walks away to the garden. Anu picks up the phone and consoles Rajaraman, who asks them to stay there and give happiness to his mother, which he is unable to.

Kathaadi Ramamurthy is playing cards under a tree. Is losing the game and the others kick him out of the game. He feels insulted and calls Rajaraman, who doesnt take the call. Rajaraman is lost in thought and weeps... Pallavi comes into the room and questions him. He builds up some story of a manager who had lost his son , whose mind is disturbed. Pallavi consoles Raja and goes to get coffee for him.

Paatti serving , the kids complain that their mother doesnt cook like this.. asks paatti to come and stay with them. Paatti again changes the topic., serves Anu some vaththakkuzhambu who thinks about Raja mentioning his mother's vaththakkuzhambu... Anu asks for some to be packed for home, paatti gives a sly smile knowingly, packs in a box, remembers Raja mentioning of putting gold bangles for this vaththakkuzhambu - those days they werent rich. Controls her tears. Anu prays asking God for her athai to get back with her husband, paatti in turn prays that her son should be happy with her daughter in law Anu always. Blesses all of them and bids them goodbye. Tears in her eyes after they leave...

Kaththaadi Ramamurthy's card playing friends tease him..one of them asks him to leave before getting more humiliated.. he thinks of avenging Rajaraman for not picking his call and having brought him to this state... calls up the landline and talks with Pallavi, saying he is the supervisor from the factory. Wants to talk to Rajaraman. Pallavi passes the phone to Rajaraman, Kaththaadi introduces himself as Gopi - evergreen Gopi
