American Idol Vs Indian Idol...

Really i'm not much of an American idol follower, but yesterday i saw some portion of it...there was one female singer which sang quite good...1 judge gave a slight negative comment ,the 2nd gave positive comments while the third "like our Anu Mallik ji" brought her down by giving very bad comments..the simmilarity ends here...what happens next is most interesting...the Audience in the studio as well as many of the co-participants start Booing the judge...now what if this happens in II?...any ather simmilarites or dissimilarites?

in american idol the voting lines are open only after the show ends but in indian idol voting line open as soon as first contestant sings.

i think it would be funny if it happens in indian idol. 😆

During the AI auditions, the contestants that didn't make the cut were cursing out at the judges like anything! I heard some II2 contestants saying the judges are rude and know nothing about music but nothing along the lines of what was said on AI. I remember one contestant just kept going on and on with the cursing. it was like her 5 minutes of fame.

Oh, and none of this was said to the judges' faces. It was after their audition.

in II-1 they showed a girl's mother barging in to hit anu malik and shouted that he doesn't know a thing. there were other similar incidents. i wonder why II-2 didn't have any of those? 😉

In AI even the worst singers get a lot of fame as seen in season 5.

that incident didn't happen in the galas. it was II-1 delhi audition. a gilr sang so bad and when she was rejected her mother was not ready to accept it and barged in (all drama) and anu malik told her that yher daughter can't sing. mother was so mad that she asked anu malik to go take a hike.

And in American Idol, 95% of the time, they vote out the people who actually don't deserve to win, leaving the ones who are really good.

Yeah, that sure is a big difference. Too bad that hardly happens in II2.
