This year's finale was a GAZILLION times better than last year's in my opinion....last year was SUCH a letdown....the performances were under-rehearsed and the costumes were just TERRIBLE.

This year, I loved the idea of the mentors performing with their respective teams, all the various acts were well choreographed with great costumes....that was a definite improvement from last year....presentation-wise, I would deffo give them a big thumbs up.

Overall I liked last season more but this season ended with a great flourish with a great finale and a very deserving winner in Shakti which came as a pleasant surprise to me since I'd thought she might get second place after Dharmesh....but she seems to have pulled an upset....and I'm really glad to see a very deserving girl winning this competition :-)

All Finales are same...Nothing better or worse...Just take it as they come...I was happy to see all 3 gangs dancing with their mentors...

DID 2 the final 4 performed really well

but

i'll give it 2 DID 1 bcoz

1. every contestant performed & was given a proper introduction(top 18)atleast they were focused 4 few seconds, i hardly noticed the top 18 esp TKT i cudnt reognize parvez n ameeth)

2. the top 12 also gave separate performance n also were given ample time giving the audience time to refresh themselves again wid old times(the top 6 performed but not all contestants were focused)

3. after the winner was announced the runners-up were also acknowledged(i have no idea what dharmesh was awarded)

4. no stupid acts by jay,dada or saumya(really not required)

5. the viewr choice performance werent marred by the unrequired background dancers

season 1 DID finale was much better honestly, apart from the mentor and contestants dance :)
This finale seemed as if it wasn't well rehearsed/practiced or something.. and they didn't even gave time to talk to contestants and the end... The ending was too rushed..

I felt the same that the grand finale compared to the last time wasn't up to the mark + they rushed towards the end

i totally agree with u...
n dance of remo v terrrence gp was out of syn. ppl were missing steps couldnt recognize who were performing
n whole stupid award sequence 😕
though gp dances of mentor n students were good...bt whole finale was chaotic..
end was rushed...m still hoping for interview of dharmesh, terrence sir, whole tkt(1 of their contestant won--yar ) , geeta ma,binny, remo sir n punit...

Season 1's grand finale disappointed me in the fact that they took out Jai too early. They kept Binny all the way till the end. I feel that's injustice done towards Jai. 👎🏼
