Thats enough...Everybody has their own qualities....And about Rahul's bollywood playback....He has attitude problem...I disagree that he's not getting chances because of attitude....Raja doesnt hav attitude, Abhas doesnt have attitude, Aneek is also OK...Then why are these singers not getting chances to sing...Raja has sung some songs...but who knows... His Maari Teetri got a lil fame...But overall the track was Bullshit...Not up2 his standards of singing....I know singers who are much better than these Rahul Vineet etc....My own cousin is one example...
And talking about Raja and Toshi they have one of the most unique voices and qualities....
They deserve to be there....U think Rafi's soft songs are the only genre and a symbol of being a good singer...No being versatile doesn't help at all...One should be a MASTER in his or her field and genre..and Toshi and Raja are the masters....
And how many sufi songs has Toshi composed or sung....mmmmmm...lemme see ....None...
There are millions of people who can sing like Rahul, Vineet, Aneek, Abhaas....But not everybody can sing like Toshi and Raja....Study the qualities....Look for uniqueness with talent...Study it...
Don't judge just according to these shows....Thats the weakness of most of the people...

Chill friends.. I agree wid u that Raja and toshi hav unique voice quality.. One qtn. Sukhvinder singh inspite he sang so much in bollywood is underrated (ex- he was nt recognized dat much for singing Jai Ho by AR Rahman himself) but Shaan or Sonu is shown a different respect as becuase their genre of music holds that class.. that is called MAINSTREAM hero's voice.. where melody and romantic charm is exhuberently charismatic.. I think Rahul, Debo or Abhijeet have those qualities to sing in MAINSTREAM hero's voice which has a different Respect in itself.. From 70s it started with Manna Dey, Kisore, Rafi, Mukesh.. carried forward by Shabbir, Kumar Sanu, Udit, Abhijeet Bhattacharjee, Rathode,Suresh.. Then taken over by Shaan, KK and Sonu at present.. Who are NEXT???? certainly not Raja types or toshi types.. that was my point!!!!!

and cant say ab8 Vineet since he has only Himesh as his praiser.. he has deteriorated in course of time.. 5 yrs back vineet was really good.. Debo has developed his voice a lot to suite manly hero's voice.. as he & abhijeet is already singing regularly in small projects for quite a time now and debo is hit playback singer in assam/bengal.. his recent album with kavita krishnamurty/Alka (assam) was also a super hit.. It will take time for these guys to get succes since they are aiming at something BIGG.... ;)

Hey!!! cmon u cant say that.. Toshi and Sarib are present day MDs!! Raja a new playback sensation!!! Imagine Shekhar(vishal/shekhar) was a mediocre singer and contestant in SaReGama when Sonu was the host.. Look what shekhar has become today.. cant say about toshi also.. may be he nd sarib become good MDs in future as they have a good lobby and influence in the industry they ought to get opportunity to get fame as MDs!!

But as I said if u compare the class of Rahul/Debo/Abhijeet with Toshi/Raja then Rahul/Debo/Abhijeet have an edge since they can lend a hero's voice in mainstream playback mesmerizingly with great charm which Raja/Toshi can never lend at least in one lifetime.. That quality of singing which they have, has its own class and respect.. Thanks to Shaan, KK and Sonu to carry forward that legacy at present... I asked who are next?? Certainly not Raja/Toshi.. Rahul/Debo/Abhijeet have potential to replace Shaan or Sonu or KK when they retire.. Not getting a chance is a dfferent thing.. It will take time for these guys.. they r aiming something BIG!!!
