Rahul is a good singer.. he can bring charm to rafi songs which present day singers cant.. he is not getting songs because he is having little attitude problem thats why MDs dislike him and also his type of songs are mostly sung by Sonu so no chance for Rahul till Sonu is there in industry.. BUTT take for example Toshi and Raja.. they r playback singer and MD today.. BUT do these guys come any close to the class singers like Rahul, Debojit, Harshit or Abhijeet sawant hold?? this is the situation of our music industry.. Only sufi songs "maula maula" chalta hai aaj kal.. Mainstream singers are out of job... :(

dead wrong. Vineet is way ahead of Rahul when its comes to singing rafi ji's song.

Thats enough...Everybody has their own qualities....And about Rahul's bollywood playback....He has attitude problem...I disagree that he's not getting chances because of attitude....Raja doesnt hav attitude, Abhas doesnt have attitude, Aneek is also OK...Then why are these singers not getting chances to sing...Raja has sung some songs...but who knows... His Maari Teetri got a lil fame...But overall the track was Bullshit...Not up2 his standards of singing....I know singers who are much better than these Rahul Vineet etc....My own cousin is one example...
And talking about Raja and Toshi they have one of the most unique voices and qualities....
They deserve to be there....U think Rafi's soft songs are the only genre and a symbol of being a good singer...No being versatile doesn't help at all...One should be a MASTER in his or her field and genre..and Toshi and Raja are the masters....
And how many sufi songs has Toshi composed or sung....mmmmmm...lemme see ....None...
There are millions of people who can sing like Rahul, Vineet, Aneek, Abhaas....But not everybody can sing like Toshi and Raja....Study the qualities....Look for uniqueness with talent...Study it...
Don't judge just according to these shows....Thats the weakness of most of the people...
