according to new promo seen on tuesday
kareena prem tushar and priyanka are all in a hotel(perhaps alibaug)
then prem and kareena stay in a room together since they are suppposedly married
but in the night kareena asks prem to leave the room
he then goes to priyanka room
where they are arguing but tushar overhears them
he then goes to kareena roomm where kareen a in the dark mistakes him to be prem and tells him he cant come in the room bcos he is not is/was his husband.
