Epi #26 The Final Verdict

PART 1

DM sits on the chair and announces that he is there to punish his sister and her bahu for killing unborn babies. He explains their crime and the villagers are speechless how benbaa can do this type. He says they need to be punished duely so that no one would ever dare to think of this deed. He says Kedar was USED by them but he too had played a part I this crime but indirectly. Still he will be punished, his punishment is that he will work in the field the whole day and will be watching it in the night, for the next 6 months. The punishment for these Draculas are that they will be thrown out of Dharampur. They will never enter this village ever. No one from this village will have any contacts with them and if known to have any, will have to suffer for it. He says they can leave right now. He tells his men to make sure they have gone far away and don't return. Khemi tells Krishna, let's go. DM stops her and says he will not go with her, he will be handed over to his dadaji, Kanji. She killed someone else's santaan and expect her to be with her son, no this will not be. Kanji bhai can be the best parent to him and he will be proven a better dadaji than DM himself.

PART 2

Kanji feels obliged and comes forward and asks DM if he can request for something. DM ask him to go ahead. He says he takes the verdict of the maalik but he seeks nyay himself. DM ask what. Kanji says he is married but was been away from his family for years and ow when they were back his wife denied him of his rights. Now he even has a grandson. Whatever his wife and bahu did was wrong but the duty of a husband doesn't allow him to accept the verdict and requests DM if he can take the ladies with him to Jamkhambadiya. He says its away from Dharampur and he can guarantee that they will not come to Dharampur. He cannot let his grandson be away from his mother at this age, and he should not be punished for what his mom did. DM gets up from his chair and goes and hugs kanji and says he is proud of him. He looks at moti n cruella and ask them to see what they have got. DM asks the village if Kanji's request to be granted. They saya yes, he deserves this and he need not be punished for someone else's crime.

PART 3

Kanji says the ladies need to be protected and he wil make sure they get the punishment as well and for Taru, living with this choti jaathi itself a punishment for her. He says they can live in his house but the will have to earn for their lively hood. Khemi will be an aaya for his grandson and its Taru's duty to cook and clean his house. They have to search for job themselves. They both will have to pay him the rent as they will be staying at his home. DM announces that its decided that the ladies will be sent with Kanji and he will take care of their punishment. But Kanji and Krishna can come here anytime and Kanji will get the Jamkhambadiya factory responsibility. DM calls Krishna and introduces him to his BADE DADAJI and says he will be staying with him but he will visit his chote dadaji everyday after his school and Kanji will take him home after work. Kanji takes moti, Khemi and Krishna with him and the whole Dharampur watch them leaving.
