After the successful second season of Swayamvar as Rahul Dulhaniya Le Jaayega, now the channel and production house are approaching cricketers.

Recently, it was rumoured that Indian Cricket Skipper MS Dhoni and Yuvraj Singh were approached for the third season of Swayamvar and now the latest news is that fast bowler S.Sreesanth has been approached but he has refused the offer.

S.Sreesanth said in a recent interview:

Are you of the contenders for Swayamvar 3?

"What? I am not interested in making a fool of myself by getting married on a reality show. I don't want to become part of a circus. I am a cricketer. I don't need a bow down to a channel for money and put my private life up for public viewing. Something as private as one's marriage shouldn't be conducted on national TV."

Are you aware that Yuvraj Singh and MS.Dhoni were approached for the show and it's said that they haven't yet approved?

"Yes, I am aware of that. In fact we laughed over this piece of news between us. It's untrue! One has enough to do on the field. There's no time to spend time with the family, forget going on a reality show that pokes fun at the institution of marriage."

So with this you are not impressed with the concept of on-screen Swayamvar?

"I think its hilarious to have 15 individuals trying to woo one person. And then, one gets to get married. What about the rest? I would never agree to such a show, even if I am sitting at home twiddling my thumbs.
