Theres character I've always wanted to see in a cameo or something. I've always wanted to see Riddhima's biological father. I'm actually suprised the creatives never explored that potential storyline...it would have been really good in my opinion. I always thought at one point they would bring him in the story...but alas....the writers had others things in mind.

I mean i think most adopted children are curious of their biological parents. It would have been interesting to see Riddhima meet the only man who has never wanted her. considering her father, armaan, sid, rahul, abhi have all had some sort of a soft corner for her in some way. Even atul loved her like a sister. The only man who didnt love her or want her was her biological father. I think it would have been a good track.

Yes he can be brought for a while.. I donno for what reason he left Ridz.. But if he left her becoz he didn't want her, then he must come back to get slaps from all the persons u mentioned in ur post..😡

yeah billy was like an epic fail. i was expecting some alcoholic like Armaan's description said.

By then, I guess the creatives had forgotten about those descriptions... A show that could have balanced seriousness with light moments would have been so nice, like it's *cough cough* "prequel"...But alas, that was not to be. Armaan's alcoholic father, Riddhima's biological father, Anjali's insecurities about the lack of attention from her father, Atul's father...Gosh, so many father-child relationships that could have been projected in the most interesting ways. But that was all so long ago, there's no point in bringing up what I wish this show could have been, especially after its predecessor left such a deep imprint on my heart.
