Indian and Chinese cooking both have lot of spices and require good amount of technique in executing. From my experience people who do well in these two styles of cooking tend to be very emotional as emotions are the spice of life. They also tend to please as many people as they can, as both cooking styles try to incoroporate as many ingredients as possible. Hence people who do well in these styles of cooking are very friendly. The final point as it relates to these styles of cooking and that is that both styles of cooking are very complex in taste, there are many layers of taste in each style for example Malai kofta is sweet, and spicy etc. People who do well in these styles of cooking are also very layered, their true self is hidden beneath several layers. 😊

I did not like Amrita too much in the beginning, but she has slowly won me over wtih her amazing performances one after another. I absolutely believe that she is the Best dancer on the show right now and no one can touch her energy level, expressions and technique in all these different styles.
