PART 1
Everyone is looking at DM. DM eyes Shanky and he makes a call and ask someone where they have reached, and says ok and cuts the phone. He informs DM that they will be here anytime. All are eager to know who the killer is. There comes a white Mercedes and it stop in front of the temple. All the doors open at the same time in style and everyone see Suraj and Santu coming out through the front doors and Ganga & Birwa through the rear. There comes another car and Mythili comes out and rushes to Birwa and ask if she is late. Suraj says no she is right on time. All start towards the steps but Birwa lags behind and. Mythili goes to her and put her hand aroung her and ask her to come. Santu and Suraj smiles at the friends. They reach the top and Birwa stand right in front of DM. She is scared and reluctant. DM is controlling his emotions. He opens his arms and Birwa runs into it crying. They hug and all are surprised as who she is. DM holds Birwa and turns her to face the village and he announces that she is his daughter, a little pause and says BIRWA. All are shocked and start discussing. DM raise his hands to stop. He points to Mythili and says she is not Birwa but Mythili, daughter of one of his loyal workers in Antwerp.
PART 2
Its pin drop silence at the temple. DM says now Birwa will tell you who killed Arjan. Birwa looks at DM and her eyes says she has no courage. DM holds her hand tight and assures her. Suraj smiles at her to go ahead. Birwa looks at Santu and starts saying the incidents one by one. Her going to Hiten's room to get the camera, she seeing Arjan hitting DM and she stabbing Arjan to save DM. She says she didn't want to kill him and didn't realise what she did. The only thing she thought was to save papa somehow. Then Santu came in and took the blame and Santu ended up in jail. Birwa breaks down badly and she sits on the floor. All are standing speechless. Santu rushes to Birwa and Birwa clings to Santu. Suraj come s forward and says he will continue and says how they were sent to Antwerp. Birwa's depression and the him knowing the truth, Birwa's mental condition, how Ganga and Mythili helped them and how Birwa came back to India. DM holds Suraj close to him, and he feels proud. DM announces this is how Arjan was killed and this is what the murderer gone through. He ask the panchayat to decide if there is any need for Birwa to suffer more punishment and says he and his daughter would accept whatever they decide.
PART 3
People start discussing and the mukhya ask them to stop. He says since the term is suffered by Santu there is no need for punishment for Birwa and she too had suffered a lot in these years and if they punish Birwa, then what Santu did would go waste and he says today they all are so proud of Santu and no one would think of anything this kind of what she did for someone who calles her maa but never did she gave birth to. DM puts his hands together to thank the mukhya. He ask DM not to embarrass him and says this is what the panchayat has decided. Sanraj look at each other, they are happy as well as sad. DM tells them that police is waiting outside the temple and they should leave Maundy to the law. The villagers drag them out of the mandir and the police take them away. Kaddu is embarrassed and she comes near Santu to ask forgiveness but Santu just avoids her. The mukhya ask DM to start the pooja and they are done with it.
PART 4
Panditji ask everyone to put the shagun ka gulaal and DM takes the red colour and put sindoor on Santu and she put a tikka on DM. Baa babuji come to Santu and baa ask forgiveness to Santu for not trusting her daughter but Santu inturn saved their daughter. Santu feels bad and ask if she is still not accepted and is Birwa not her daughter. Baa cries and Santu hugs her. Babuji strokes Santu's hair and says, mujhe maaf kardo beta. DM see this scene and his eyes are filled. Birwa is still upset and DM consoles her and says everything will be alright. He ask Suraj to take her home and Ganga and Mythili go with them. Hiral feels guilty but don't have the courage to face Santu. Moti and Khemi are not happy with the proceedings. DM announces that tomorrow morning at 9am all should come to the village centre as there in one more trial to be done, for a more heinous crime. All are confused of what it could be. Stills on DM's determined face.
