No meeting before marriage...

Wont they meet before marriage.. atleast for engage ment.. they wont even have an engagement.....

Even i am confused over this issue.

why r they rushing into this marriage , they can get engaged and then get married na.

even if they r skipping engagement , why dont they see each other in other functions

i thought so too.. they can have a elaborate an lavish engagement first.....

yeah and suhana can go unconscious on the engagement day 😆

the reason i must say , well this show is originally a bengali show and it is a remake , and for bengalis we really dnt hav the engagement thing in our custom.. abhi sab karte hai dts fashion bt for real we dnt hv engagement in bengali hindu marriage...dts wat happened in original OBS in ishaan-lalita's marriage .. so the show makers forgot dt this is a family which is from UP nt from kolkata :P soo there must b engagement before marriage.. lol.. nvm , keep watching

That's interesting ... but then the makers should've been aware before making the blunder. Because engagement is a requirement in many other sects without which marriage cannot proceed. But then, one can reason that engagement and wedding can be held on the same day.

However, the whole reasoning behind the engagement is giving the would-be bride and the would-be groom a chance to know each other before the wedding.

Anyways, this is a fictional world, why strain our gray cells so much? 😃

ya we dnt hv any sagai / engagement ritual as such for bengali hindu marriage ..😊 bt then the makers shd hv been more careful while doing it in hindi in a non-bengali household whr engagement is something very natural 😆..

After watching today's episode,I think our queries have been answered....As we saw in the episode,the pandit says there is no tithi right now and only after 3 months there is a shubh muhurat......and he also says that the next week is perfect for the marriage and suhana also told her dad that she wants to marry now or never....So i'm sure,KK will skip the engagement and hop on directly from sangeet to shaadi so that everything gets over within the week.........However,it looks very odd.....the creatives could have handled it over with little bit of care.........the best thing would be to retain the original flavour of the show by setting it up against a bengali family or in some community where there is no engagement so no scope of meeting before marriage only to make the plot look more believable.....neways enjoy watching....😊
