Ok, since things both here and other forums are either boring or rather depressing, due to marital frictions in all of them, I decided to engage in a whimsical exercise on solutions to come up w/ something everybody could more or less be happy w/. 😛😆🤣 To this end, I picked all major characters in every serial (excepting Kashi, which doesn't have much romantic appeal) who is going thru a crisis, and decided to pair them w/ someone in another serial, so that they'd all be happy, as much as possible. I explain how I put them together for each character. The jodis that are working, such as Uday & Sudha, or Jai & Jamuniya, or Hiten & Toral, I'll leave them intact.
To summarize:
KK (Jyoti) & Kadambari (PKCM)
It's obvious that KK is unhappy w/ Padma, so how about getting him a new wife from another serial? One who doesn't have biases towards her own kids, one who doesn't put the bahu on a pedestal even when she's wrong, and one who was rather balanced. I pick Kadambari of PKCM, since she would be a perfect bahu to Dadi, a perfect saas for Poonam and really take care of Jyoti & Sushi while they are still there. 😊
Deepu (Jyoti) & Santo (Bandini)
Deepu - I'd pair him w/ Santo of Bandini, who'll be a lot better for his family than Poonam, won't give grief over things like hot water or preparing food, and Deepu won't have to sweat over her volatile comments. And Santo wouldn't have a nightmare managing this house like she does the Mayavanshi mansion. 😊
Santo may seem old, but remember, when the serial started and she got married, she was 16, and Deepu, who was pretending to attend engineering colleges, was definitely older than that.
Pankaj (Jyoti) & Suman (PKCM)
Pankaj needs a girl who will ignore his blindness, but who doesn't have a maayka to chase all the time. My candidate for him - Suman, from PKCM. Being an orphan, she doesn't have a maayka, so even Gayatri wouldn't have problems w/ her. All her needs will be well met, and she won't have to sleep in cowsheds, or cut her feet walking barefoot on thorns. 😵
Plus Gayatri would be a far better saas for Suman than Kadambari. 😊
Brij (Jyoti) & Khemi (Bandini)
For Khemi, why not Brij? If he gets too drunk, she can poison him, and she can definitely handle him a lot better than Sushma could. Plus she'd no longer be marrying Santo's step-kids, so Santo can't come in the way. And plus for Brij - Jyoti won't interfare here the way she would w/ Sushma. 😈
Kabir (Jyoti) & Sumi (DHKJ)
She gets what she got w/ Rishi, minus the abusive drunken FIL. 😛
Pratik (Jyoti) & Preeti (DHKJ)
Preeti would get a guy close to the guy of her dreams, as opposed to that loser Suryakamal. And Gayatri would be a far better saas for her than her current one forced on her by her mom. 😊
Sumant (Jyoti) & Birwa (Bandini)
Sumant can take Birwa, and Kesav-ji can try arm-twisting the Mayavanshi family to take Neelam for somebody, whoever that is. And unlike in the Vashisths, where Bhairavi was unilaterally calling the shots, here DM will be there to make sure that Kesav-ji doesn't pull a fast one. 😈
Gajraj (Jamuniya) & Padma (Jyoti)
What better way to off Padma than sending her to that haveli? 😈
Harihar (Jamuniya) & Tarulata (Bandini)
Same for Moti-ben 😈
Bali (Jamuniya) & Minal (Jyoti)

Suryakamal (DHKJ) & Sushma (Jyoti)
Sushma needs someone as well - someone about as educated as she is, and simple, so that she doesn't go thru the heartache that she did w/ Brij. My candidate - Suryakamal, of DHKJ. Since he has no dislikes, by the look of it and is just class XII passed, he deserves a simple wife who's as educated as him, and w/ no high expectations. So why not Sushi? And she will be better able to adjust to his lifestyle than Preeti, who's had to adapt to it. And get treated like a step-bahu by his step-mom, so that she knows how it feels. 😈
Rishi (DHKJ) & Chatori (Jamuniya)
Let Chatori put up w/ Rishi's abuse, as well as his drunken dad 😈
Rishi's dad (DHKJ) & Vidya-bua (PKCM)
Once she's abused by this drunk, she'll forget to tail Suman or focus on all those apshakuns 😈
Mahadev Solanki (Bandini) & Suryakamal's step mom (DHKJ)
Once this step-mom has this hubby, she'll be somewhat reigned in. And they'll have Suryakamal, and she can make Sushma do her chores. 😈
DM (Bandini) & Rishi's mom (DHKJ)
Give the poor woman this family, and let her manage it. She'd be more accepted than Santo.
Suraj (Bandini) & Kanchan (PKCM)
I don't think Kanchan deserves someone in BD's family, so I'd hook her w/ Suraj 😊
Maulik (Bandini) & Batori (Jamuniya)
Let Batori find out what real rich people think of her, instead of getting the opportunity to abuse Jamuniya. 😈
