Epi # 17

DM sitting on the couch and Santu in the kitchen. Champa tried to console her but Santu is stilll in a shocked state. she panics and runs to call someone. She see DM sitting in the hall and tell him about Santu's condition. He gets up and go to kitchen. He goes near her and ask Champa to leave. He calls, Santu, in a painful voice. She looks up at him. He ask her how much more would she hide her secrets from him. Santu looks at him confused. He ask her doesn't she trust him to share her feelings. Santu stands up, and she saw his teary eyes. She ask him why is he crying. He doesn't reply, he wipes his tears and leaves. Santu worried and goes after him. They reach Sanraj room and Santu close the door after her. DM is sitting on the chair and is looking down at the floor. Santu come and ask him whats the matter maalik. DM says he met the lady doctor today. Santu asks him which doctor. He looks up at her and says the who attended her when she had the miscarriage.

PART 2

Santu steps back in astonishment. DM is observing her. She was shocked but was expressionless. She steps backward and holds on to the bed for a support, she falls down to the floor and says in a very low voice that she thought her taking the blame would help keeping the pride of M family and Birwa's future will not be affected. That time she just thought about Birwa and never once she tried to save her maalik. She could have called for someone to save him but that thought never struck her. That time she was just Birwa's mother. The mother in her overshadowed the wife in her and she lied him in the jail too. But she couldn't and she had to hurt him. She cried a lot after he left that day. After a few weeks she came to know that there wa another life inside her. She was so happy that god blessed her with a baby. But at the same time her guilt was killing her inside. She thought she will hand the baby over to him and didn't want the baby to suffer because of her. She couldn't gather courage to inform him about the baby.

PART 3

Time passed away and she had completed 6 months of her pregnancy, she was advised proper rest and luckily the officers in the jail were nice and she got proper care. One day she had a visitor, she thought it was Birwa but to her shock it was benbaa. Benbaa had some papers with her. She ws about to say something that she saw Santu's tummy. Benbaa didn't say anything but left there. A few days later Santu and one of the other inmate who was pregnant were served some herbal medicine, they were told that it was good for the baby and they took that medicine and later in the night they both started having pain and were taken to the hospital but doctors couldn't save the babies. Santu continues, she thought it was her punishment for her lie and for hiding the truth from her husband and she knew she had no rights to even cry over the loss and she never shed a tear for her baby and she thought the baby was saved from being born to a lier unfaithful mother. She took time to get over the shock. She engaged herself in her education and her moral support was shashank. Years passed by and She had forgotten her darkest day of her life. she still had hope that her maalik will not take her lies. She wanted to meet him once and when she came there she was shocked at the state of things. She still had hope but maalik refused to even talk to her and asked her to leave the house. But when she was proven wrong, she determined to put her home back to where she had left and had to use the POA since even maalik rejected her.

PART 4

She says he willl not ask for forgiveness for hiding the truth about his baby, she know what did can never be forgiven. But she can assure him that she will not hide anything from him anymore. She looks up at DM who was listening to her and tears running down his cheeks. He gets up from the chair and make santu stand up. He is not able to talk. He says, "you know what, the two women who I loved and trusted the most hid their biggest truths from me. I know both of you had suffered a lot to keep me away from that sorrow but you never thought what a husband would feel when he confronts the truth. You hide the truth from a father right but you should have told your husband. What a fate I have had both my wives are the biggest duffords in the world and both did the same mistake. They couldn't do justice to their husband how can they call themselves the maalkin of the village. He cups santu's cheeks and ask her why don't she cry atleast now. Santu no longer could control herself and she throws her to DM's hands and cry her heart out. DM hold her as closer as he can. He brushes her to console while he himself is crying.

wow a very emotional episode........I mean the confortation between DM and santu was speechless..................you can feel their pain, their sorrows and their hidden love for eachoter................absoutly amazing🤗...........SUPERB episode di.............👏
