There's no clarity how Shankar and Shaan got into the finals. The full details of public voting has never been revealed.
From what little was officially revealed it my guess is as follows
1. In the West and North, Himesh was at least 2 or 3 times more than Shaan and was highest.
2. In the East Shaan wd be first (mostly due to Bengali votes flooding the servers).
3. The South wd be balanced with equal votes for Shaan And Himesh.
4. No clue abt the International votes.
It was announced that overall Shaan was first and Himesh second. Nothing said abt Shreya and Shankar.
How much weightage was given to public voting? What was the calculation? What were the total scores of the 4 teams?
