Today, I speak on behalf of those who are neutral parties in this DMG dispute. I watch the episode today and I actually don't know the purposes of watching the show anymore. To emphasise the point I mean this in a very positive way.

Usually before I begin to watch an episode, I find myself doing a mental recap on where we had left off. I do the same today, and I think ooh Siddhima hug...and without realising my mind suddenly fills with the scenes from Armaan's entry at the airport. Oh. My. Gosh.
Today the episode opens with a recap and I feel for Riddhima when she pours her heart out to Siddhant. We change to the next scene and I find myself looking into the gorgeous green eyes of Armaan Malik, and I'm blown away. Literally....why oh why CV's. No matter whose side your own, one truth remains, that Siddhant and Armaan and even Riddhima are all innocent parties in this debacle. If you feel for Siddhant having to marry Riddhima out of respect for her parents, then you also feel for Armaan whom is oblivious to the fact that the person whom his eyes eagerly search for around Sanjeevani has married someone else. And Riddhima, she's still so confused over her new feelings for Siddhant that she would probably faint if she found out Armaan had showed up out of the blue. Poor babies. 😭

Siddhima's hug was undoubtedly adorable, and I found myself "awwing" at the sight of them clasping each other, their chemistry is undeniable. Its funny how they don't need words to convey their feelings, another aspect which shows that (well a) KaranW and Jenny are incredibly talented actors) but b) their relationship is headed to that stage where they've come to understand each other so well that sometimes it is better not to use words which may miscontrue what they really want to say. Shame sasu ma had to ruin the moment...she really needs to zip up the gob one time, its infuriating how they all just seem to walk in at the wrong moment and then hurl a load of insults when there really isn't any need. You want a homely bahu?? You are getting a homely bahu dammit! Eesh.
And then we have Armaan, his entry was breath taking, and once again I find myself smiling stupidly at the screen just by the sight of his dimples when he acknowledges the girls admiring him from the other side of the street. Cheeky!
Just to add, Asmani is a personal favourite of mine, and it was truly overwhelming to see it being played for the re entry of the character which owned every version of its composition, or rather the "couple" it has always belonged to, Armaan and Riddhima. Honestly, as much as I am an ardent viewer of the current seasonDMG, integrating aspects of the first season really does give the show a sense of completion.
However, the situation is actually tearing at my heartstrings, I felt compelled to take sides, but honestly I cannot. The situation has been illustrated as such that you KNOW when these three chracters are going to come face to face in that ultimate showdown, they will cry, and they will pine and the viewers will sense the anguish for themselves. No doubt about it.

It amuses me how Armaan hasn't changed at all. You wouldn't expect him to really, I would have been offended if he had! We all know the saying....once a flirt always a flirt. Regardless of the fact he is unquestionably ecstatic to meet Riddhima, it doesn't hurt to appreciate the attention he gets off Naina and Suvarna in the process haha! I don't think "Nice to meet you" has ever hit such an impressively high level on the flirt-o-meter. šŸ˜‰ Ooh and there's the dimpled smile again....
Also, it is either really ironic or mind bogglingly disturbing that Sanjeevani is left in the hands of a few interns and Sister Stella whilst Dr. Kirti, Dr. Shashank, Dr. Atul and Dr. Riddhima are holidaying...what are the chances??
Oh Yuvi has a new haircut, I feel he's going for the "Shahid Kapoor" look, anyone want to back me up on that? 😳😲😊
Bechare, JP Jiggy and Yuvi, hungry for the deference that is being showered upon the new guy, what better what to win back the laydeez? Why lets make a laughing stock at the expense of the new hot rockstar! I see a premeditated plan, thought up whilst Yuvi sat in the barber's chair maybe! 😊

Its agonizing to watch this episode now, once the idea sets in your mind that Armaan is waiting for Riddhima in Sanjeevani, straightawy it comes as a jolt to witness the close proximity shown between Riddhima and Siddhant-does anyone else feel guilty? The thought occured to me that I know Armaan is back, all the other viewers know Armaan is back, if Riddhima knew he was back, would she feel the same sorrow I feel right now. The only solution seems to be a duplicate Riddhima, and I actually think-Why can't there just be two Riddhima's!?! ayi yai yai. But No, I really do love Sid and Riddhima, bless them. Completely unaware of the world which surrounds them outside, the scene in Riddhima's bedroom commedably illustrates the solitude they're in. Their relationship, their understanding, their world only contains two people now. I feel warm hearted when they treat each other with amicable gestures, small smiles, softer tones. Its cute! Not a sight we're graced with everyday, and with the tempremental mood swings, and twisted storyline by the creatives I am inclined to cherish every second. Kal kya ho kisse hai pata?
Sid's "mat jao" was heart wrenching, such an unequivocal request, yet it meant so much. For Riddhima, for himself, it was actually a new turning point. Before, their actions and opinions mattered only for the sake of others in their lives, Dr. Shashank, Padma aunty, my papa, my parents but today....it was for his own sake, their own sake. "I want you to stay Riddhima, for my sake, don't go". And its not once, when he held onto her arms, the questions, and then that final clasp of her hand, it all meant the same thing, they were all his attempts to prevent her from leaving We see Siddhant living in the moment, he percieves the situation as if it only the two of them that exist in that one time, he doesn't think of his mum, his sister, his friends at Sanjeevani. This is why it is alot easier for Sid to try and persuade Riddhima. On the other hand, Riddhima encounters the insults she is the one who faces the humiliation, she is the one who contains the flaws, and so the recognition of "others" in her married life is embedded in her mind, she knows that whether she walks out the door or not, it is not the be all and end all of her and Sid, so many people are involved that she must weigh up the consequences. In her mind, she tries to take a logical, firm stance and this is what prohibits her from clinging onto Sid again.
But then there's the confession. Wow. I feel Riddhima's surprise, it is not upmost shock. We all can relate to it, no matter how many times Riddhima was drawn to Siddhant, she was always going to brush it off until he admitted it to her. And thats what happened, she could deny that there was nothing between them, but now that the thought had been rejected and personally verified by Sid, there was no confusion, no ifs and buts, from his end anyway. From Riddhima's expression you could tell that it was this confirmation that she had been awaiting, somewhere in the back of her mind the thought had occured to her somewhere. Also note the use of the word "pasand", Sid does not want to put Riddhima under any burden or obligation, to make it harder for her, the commitment to the relationship still stands, but the commitment to its name is still un-ascertainable.
Sasu ma's insults vs Sid's confession plays over and over and over in Riddhima's mind. A few steps towards the door and something stops her mid air. "Main tumhe pasand karne laga hoon Riddhima".... for the two sides of the coin, this is the moment we have all been waiting for. Does Riddhima reciprocate Sid's feelings? Can you ever fall in love again? And Riddhima moves, towards those doors...and closes them. A confirmation to one and all. My heart goes out to her, it has been an emotional rollercoaster ride, if Riddhima is Riddhima then no one is paining more than she has in these last few months. Forget Armaan, forget Siddhant, Riddhima is the one who has made the decision today, lets just hope she does not regret it tomorrow.
Sid and Ridhima have indeed brought the drama factor in DMG so far, and its good to see something different to the usual absurdity, apart from sasuma, the drama has been incredibly realistic in the sense of the awkwardness portrayed by the characters and the justification for it. In the same way, its good that as usual the other interns and ol buddy ol pal Armaan bring the comic factor back into the show, a slight breather from the prior intense revelation.
Can an appearance do such wonders, but to intimidate JP and Jiggy from playing a prank on a person they have never come across in their whole life? Its funny how they run around like headless chickens, unsure of even Yuvi's "badboy" persona to save them from the new (but old) stud of Sanjeevani!
The stud only interested in one person, but alas, a case of mistaken identity when he is treated as a "lost" patient rather than a competent doctor...oh dear. Haha, diagnosed even before undergoing a checkup, the latest treatment procedure in Sanjeevani. I'm sure even Armaan was freaked by the idea of what had become of the hospital in the absence of its senior authorities!

***A break illustrates A new era, represented by A new logo, showing the face of the "dimpled Doctor"- I'm sure alot of fans who put their full efforts into getting KaranSG back on the show are finally satisfied! šŸ‘Congrats to you all ***

The way in which Armaan delivers his medical knowledge in the space of a few seconds really entertains me, his smooth expressions are compared to the now very much confused expressions of the interns. Their plan completely foiled, scrunched up and chucked in a bin somewhere. Not only is the stud a practicing doctor, he is also a rockstar performing in the concernt and the best news yet? They all will be reporting to him within the hour. The boys deflated, the girls elated and a cheerful goodbye from the doc. oh with some vip passes to the concert of course!

And the concluding scene, what we have all been waiting for, something I referred to previously, and which has been implicated as the ultimate showdown. Sid simply to spite his interfering mother shouts Riddhima down asserting that they will be going to the concert. And that is final. On the other hand, we have the stage and a crowd chanting and cheering one name. Armaan. I've been told, some things are just meant to happen, things which you cannot avoid. Fate and destiny. Sid could have given Jiggy a straight refusal to attend as stubborn as he is, Riddhima could have left the house and completely isolated herself from her life with Sanjeevani, Sid and her parents and Armaan? Whilst touring he could have avoided coming back to where it all started. But thats it, this is meant to happen. This is it. The last shot. Armaan-Riddhima-Siddhant...kal kya ho kisse hai pata?

Over and out! Thank you to everyone who got to the end of the post! Thanks for reading!

wow i really appreciate your thoughts and views on today's episode..
Sid's confession to Riddhima was all that was needed to pull her back into the house, and you were right- that was exactly what she was waiting for...
And the fact that they want to be with each other for their own sake really shows us the advancement in their relationship. Just like you said, from "I'm doing this for my dad, mom, or whatever", to "I'm doing this for myself" is definitely a giant step that these two made. And the way Riddz closed the door... just left me speechless
Hats of to JW and KW for their outstanding performances today.
The way they kept on switching from Sid-Riddz to Armaan really got me teary.
Yes, Armaan is still the same one that we had all known from before and his eyes still search for that one special person that his heart only knows- Riddhima. Anyone would feel really bad for him because all you see is his beautiful, gorgeous green eyes searching for that one face. In one way, all you see is innocence in those eyes, completely oblivous to the fact that the one he had thought to be his own had went off to marry someone else
