Not much happened today.

Chutki's body is brought to her house, her mom and Jamu and other villagers cry over her body. Her papa was passed out drunk on a cot😡 Chutki's mom pours cold water on him and wakes him up screaming their daughter is dead. The guys runs over to the body and starts crying too.

While this was going on, the rich Raj comes in his car near Chutki's house and sees the people mourning. He opens his car window and signals one man to come and gestures something to the man. The man then goes over to the body, and tells the villagers to remove it for the final ceremony. The Raj guy looked sad and thoughtful. Then we see the village men lifting the body and are doing cremation rights and Raj is standing there wondering why all the girls in his house are dying

At Maami's house , they are expecting a lady named Premlatha behn to come to their house for some rishta for Bhatori, one of the snooty daughters. Those two girls remind me of Cinderella's sisters, Jamu being Cindy😆 As usual Jamu is doing some work and she hears Maami and Bhatu talking and Maami curses her and tells her to do work. Premlatha comes in a bullock cart, she looks wealthy with nice sari and decked up in jewels😆 She knocks on the door and Maami welcomes her with a big smile. As soon as Prema enters, she notices Jamu and her beauty😆 She stops her and blesses her and says she is gorgeous and she will get good rishta or some such thing. (Didn't understand all, sorry) The 2 evil cousins are watching and Bhatu gets jealous and other girl is also mad at Jamu. Maami pulls Prema away and says it's not about her ,but about Bhatori.

The ladies sit and talk, and Prema mentions some rich house and they will offer money for good bride, but prob is all the brides have a bad fate. Maami gets greedy look in her eyes, and says Jamu is available and wants 5 lakh rupees😡 Prema goes 5 lakh? Then Maami gets a sly look and ends on her face.

This is my take on the epi. Sorry about any mistakes, as I don't understand all the conversation.

If you see any corrections, please post them as necessary. I figure my UD is better than no update at all😆 If anybody wants to do the updates, please let Yuks or me know.

Thanks. I was looking forward to reading about today's episode. You were dead right about the resemblance to Cinderella and her evil sisters.😆

Yep, Maami is like the evil step-mother😡 Jamu will meet her prince someday and I truly hope she lives happily ever after just like the fairytale. Wonder which Raj she is going to marry😕

Jamu will marry Jai - it says so in the article about Gaurav Sharma.

Yeah, the thing I don't like is Chatori and Batori ending up in the big haveli - Jamuniya is better off there. I'm still bummed about Chutki - wish they had sent her there after Jamuniya, so that she'd have had company.

Only place the Cinderella analogy breaks - yeah, you have the 2 cousins, not step-sisters, but then, instead of 1 aunt, you have 2 uncles and 2 aunts. Essentially, a 6 to 1, as opposed to Cindy's 3 to 1.

the more the merrier i suppose. I agree with you about Jamu marrying Jai and wish Chutki was still alive to keep poor Jamu company

Maami is evil personified😡 She does not want any harm to come to her snooty daughter with 2 braids😡 Jamu is their pawn and they abuse and use her for their own purposes. She will not be any worse off if she goes to the big Haveli. The Haveli owner, Raj senior did not look mean, he looked so sad today. Hope Jai treats J with kindness and is on her side. I feel so much pity for J, she will soak up any kindless and love showed to her like a sponge.

so i guess they basically sold off jamu poor girl but i am curious what's the curse in that rich family 🤔

Fuzz, this show is going to get very interesting. Want to know the history of the rich family. Obviously somebody is killing all the bahus that go to that house.

Mystery also, who did Jamu's friend Chutki marry? Chutki was killed off very quickly

I got to watch this part yesterday during the reruns, and what happened was that on spotting Jamuniya, Prema was instantly wowed, and what she told Mami was that 'yeh rishta to pakka hui hei' meaning that this match was definitely pre-approved from their end. In other words, she thought that the proposal was for Jamuniya, not Bhatori, and therefore, she was willing to pay any price for it.

Another thing you missed out - they showed a whole section of Chutki & Jamuniya in earlier days roaming about the fields, and them praying to a shrine that all their wishes would come true. At the end of it, Jamuniya cries, recalling all those memories. After that, 3 months pass before Prema's visit.

Also, they showed Jamuniya being taken back to that priest, and this time, the priest telling his disciple (who knocked him over) to go and sleep elsewhere. I didn't catch the next part - anything happened to Jamuniya, or did she make good her escape?

The precap to this week has it that Mami is lamenting the fact that someone came w/ a proposal for Bhatori, and it ended up as a proposal for Jamuniya 😆🤣

One thing I didn't get - does Prema belong to the big haveli? In which case, how is she alive - aren't all women who belong to that house targetted for elimination, er cursed?
