😆 whoa who did that? Dharmesh sir keeps topping votes week after week, and yet why is it so hard to accept that he is well liked by the public? the voting public thinks that he is the best dancer on the show. What gave them that impression you may ask? and maybe it was all 3 masters saying that Dharmesh was their favorite, maybe it was the unbelievable performances that Dharmesh sir puts in every week, maybe it was seeing how other contestants respect him so much, or maybe it was combination of all of the things mentioned above. 😊 Whatever it is, he is creating history on DID 2. 😊
What gave them that impression? The same mighty force that gave them the impression last year that Jai had to come out last runner up whilst Mr. Salman wins the show! THAT! If Dharmesh is creating history on DID, I might as well not look forward to what the future seems at this point of time. But as R said, since when did any deserving candidate win a TV reality show anyway? Except for ShaJit in NB4, I am yet to find one true deserving TV reality show winner voted by the Indian audience, at least from the numerous ones I've known.
R, I couldn't have summarized it better! 👍🏼 If breaking some tubes is called versatility, then I guess am changing my definitions of good and/or bad versatility. At least for dance anyway! There isn't one performance of Dharmesh that got to me, yet I can point out so many from less trained dancers that touched my heart, be it from any master's group, Remo, Terence or Geeta. He's highly over hyped and unjustly given too much attention to the expense of others. I utterly disliked it when Remo and Terence said he's their favourite contestant. He might be for all I could care, though I expected better from both of them, since I like both Terence and Remo, but even if they do, are they ethically supposed to say it in front of everyone, forget audience, in front of the other contestants for that matter? They could just easily have pronounced Dharmesh the winner on that day instead.
And Ankit, liking is subjective. Not a fact. Dharmesh isn't the best for me even if the whole world gets together behind him. He isn't today at least, based purely on the performances he's given. No one's trying to stop him from being though. Favorites always change, at least for me they do. Because I watch performances and judge, NOTHING else! One more thing, votes are done by a section of the population. Caroline's done the statistics on those in another thread. Check it out and clear your false assumptions. The whole of India does not like him. Some of his fans that vote like crazy do. Now you'll say no one is stopping others from voting for their favourites as well. All I can say is that, I do not reside in India, and unfortunate as it may seem, even if I were, I wouldn't stop a thousand bucks a day to vote for a contestant, especially if beforehand the results seem pretty obvious. One to two more eliminations and we can seriously count on that guy who came a few days ago to "secretly" explain on the forum how elimination works. So, please stop rambling on and on in each post about who gets the most votes. Yes Dharmesh may win votes, may win the show. But the maximum number of hearts, ultimately success, we'll see who wins. We all know how well the likes of those who won these shows have fared consequently. The only thing I cannot do anything but hope is, someone who deserves to win should. Not because I'll win against you then, or because I'll be too happy my favorite won, but because at least we can talk of a just win in one show! Nothing against you seriously. All I am against is unfairness!
