Dharmesh - Overrated

I find this guy extremely overrated. Yes he is an excellent hip hop dancer, but beyond that what. His salsa wasn't expressive, his romantic acts have no chemistry and even in a simple bungee act he couldn't shine. What I don't like is that he has no expressions and not once have any of the masters told him that. I thought Remo would do that as he was after Jai last year for expressions.

I want to see Dharmesh do a good contemporary act with feelings, maybe then I might change my mind.

So what? If someone is the judges favourite, does that have to be a criteria for the audience to vote or does that mean someone is an excellent and versatile dancer? Let me guess he gets the highest votes so he must be the best dancer. Then Qazi from Fame Gurukul who got the highest votes week after week till the end of the show would be the most famous playback singer so far. After all in the history of television, he was MOST appreciated by the audience, so doesn't that mean he should be excelling and the best.😊

ankit what they said in one episode doesnt effectively summarize what their opinion is on the whole season. if in the next episode they sai kishore you are our favourite contestants would that suddenly mean that dharmesh is not as good as he was before?

They are all professionally trained choreographers, and am sure that because they said one of the contestants is their favourite does not mean that it will remain so throughout the show.if he is indeed their favourite he would have to work even harder to become even better to maintain his position as the favourite. what i mean to say is, just because they said in one episode that he is their favourite does not mean that position is static and that his hard work needs to stop. the goal is not to become the favourite of the mentors at one particular point in time, but to maintain that position with the mentors and the audience till the finale. You said in one post that the mentors said he is their favourite not of the week but of the season, but take a look at that video again, nowhere do they mention the word season.

😕 ummm if he won the show by getting the most public votes, then he was the best. It's a public show and whoever the public judges to be the best is the winner. I think it's pretty easy to understand.

Yes the public is the best judge as u say and that's why the most voted contestant in the history of Indian television is nowhere to be seen today.😊

Overly hyped and rated dancer of DID 2..

I completely agree with u @r_tvfan ...Dharmesh is definately over rated..Just coz of the hype created around him and all that nautanki on stage with him makes him just over rated.. Dharmesh and all that sir sir with him really must irritate the other contestants..If Dharmesh is geting highest votes everytime..i feel there is just no use of other contestants at all...N im sure all his dear students and some people who were impressed with his first auditions dance are voting for him...There is just no use of watching this show now if we know that Dharmesh is going to win but for me atleast he will never be the winner........N i was not against him...Me and my family loved his audition performance and seriously thought hes the best...But after seeing him in other dances im sooo dissapointed ...coz the other contestants are so so much better than him..This time DID2 with Dharmesh is soo dissapointing..
