BV Update 19th Feb '10

No one to fill in the first two parts😕

been two days and as no one has updated what uma missed, i thought i'd give it a try. OK, it may not be good enough a read, but may be just enough to keep u updated 😊 trying this for the first time, so please forgive ma mistakes
so here it goes...
jagya and anandi are ready to go for their last exam... anandi is scared about the exam but jagya is so happy tht its the last day of exams. He is even carrying his cricket bat so that he can play after the exam. bhiron comes in seeing this and tells jagya that it will only cause him to loose his concentration. He asks jagdish to keep the bat at home and tells him he can come back and get it after the exams and can play as much as he likes.

Following thursdays precap, gehna asks basant to buy some cloths for lil nandu.. She says nandu has outgrown his cloths and kids wont be comfortable in such tight dresses. she comments that if it goes on like this, it may be impossible to even put these cloths on after 15-20 days. She suggests him to buy cloths that are a lil bit oversized. basant is still apprehensive. goes on to ask why she cant use the same cloths till the time he can get them on - that they will buy new cloths after the baby is no longer able to get into these. basant again starts parroting the same old dialogues "yeh ghar hamhara nahin hai" that its all maasa ka badapan that they are still there. But that doesn't mean they can spend as if it all belonged to them etc etc. gehna wonders how much would a baby's dress cost, and basant answers its not about how little or how more, its all about spending. He warns they better control their spending habits. gehna feels helpless at this as basant walks away.
At school jagya and anandi are giving their exams.. jagya's writes and strikes off the answers again and again. Finally he manages to get up and ask the teacher for permission to go out and drink some water. Outside he is confronted by our very old masterji who questions jagya. J is worried that masterji will again snatch the money from him, so he refuses the master's offer to get him cool drinks and goes back to the class. anandi gives him that questioning look, but jagya turns his face away from her and looks at his answer paper which is all striken off .

i think thats it... atleast thats it as far as i can remember.. the rest, uma had given a great update... so theres absolutely no need to add anything,ryt? :)

Its better for BAsanth to leave there for a while, he will know what life is and his this khisa pitta dialoues also would stop.

basant sa should move out, yes... its better to live on his own rather than living with this thought eating his head. and poor gehna too will be spared of all the trouble!

but i doubt whether he will ever realize he is as much a part of the family as bhairon is. even if they move out and struggled in life, he will still live with his ego ruling him - just like the feeling that khajan had been breeding on... whether its poverty or prosperity from any wrongful means, only ur money is your money. thats the type of ego these serials are projecting these days.. fine, its good in a way... but our desi culture has another side to it too... that of a full fledged social existence - of giving and taking... of being there for each other when we need support. but very often we think of male charters to be strong only when they refuse to take help from any of the relatives or friends.
