The original was so plaine, no feeling.
Hema put so much feeling into it. He made a Dead Song ALive. HE'S A MAD SCIENTIST MUHAHAHAHAHAHA - that was sorta mest up 😆

I heard the original 1. Hema's performance was extrardinary and it sounded different from the original. I heard the original several times and I have to say that Hariharan's version was utterly mindblowing (sorry HR, have to borrow this word for now 😉 )

so, I wouldn't say that hema's performance was better than the original. it was different though (maybe because hema didn't want to copy to original singer and experiment with his own voice and he pulled it off successfully)

I still think Hema did better 😃

The original is amaaazing too---and Hemas way of singing it was quite different so both songs are excellent in their own respective ways! I think we should credit A.R Rehman for making such a beautiful song! 😊
