Seven years of successful marriage
For TV couple Ram and Gautami Kapoor, after two beautiful kids in their life — Sia and Aks, the idea of romance has changed over the years for both of them.
On this Valentines Day, the couple will be celebrating their seven years of a successful marriage.
In a recent interview, Gautami said that, "Unlike the initial days, when we started dating; now romance doesn't hold the same definition in our lives. It's more about feeling complete with somebody you are spending your entire life with."
While Ram, the other half, said in an interview, "I think the dynamics of our relationship has changed. I do not look at her in the same romantic way when we were seeing each other. It has gone to another level where our comfort level is more than acting lovey-dovey. More than anything else, I look at her as the mother of my two kids."
About their relationship Ram said in the print, "I have had my wild past. After getting into a relationship and settling down with her, I am very content in life, happiness is abundant. To be very frank, I was not one of those who got married early. I was mature enough to choose a woman who was amazingly apt for me to spend my entire life. Moreover, I find her very hot, so there is no way that I would look out."
While on the other hand, Gautami said in the print, "When you are content in a relationship, things stop to entice you. We all know that he works with some of the most beautiful women. Still, we are very secure in our relationship and the feeling of completeness is there with mutual trust."
They met on the sets of Ghar Ek Mandir and later got married on Valentines Day. About the one special quality that they like about the other, Gautami said, "I think he is very honest and you can take him on face value. What you see is what you get. And he definitely has a great sense of humor which makes my life so easy."
About Gautami Ram said, "The best part about her personality is that she goes out of her way to make her near and dear ones happy. Even if she ends up being unhappy, she always makes efforts to keep her loved ones happy. I want this particular habit to be transcended to my kids."
