On these television dramas the pregnant women never show a stomach. i remember from one another tv drama ( Saat Phere) there was a evil sister in it. She did not show stomach even the day before she delivered.

As far as Shravani's expression. I dont think she means to make all the expression she makes. I just think she cant act. So drawing conclusions of her expression is no good.
