Nakul emphasizes that he should be called Bhaiyaa by Abhi al the time That was soo annoying !! I mean its not that Abhi doesn't respect him but calling him Bhaiyaa all the time is a little annoying

I wonder what rules and regulations he will imply on Simi IF she becomes the Bahu of the huse !!!

NO IT'S NOT! U CANNOT CALL ELDERS BY NAMES IN INDIA..... ABHI HAD BEEN TO AMERICA DOESN'T MEAN HE'LL TRY TO TURN INDIA INTO AMERICA WHERE EVEN THEY CALL FATHER-IN-LAW & MOTHER-IN-LAW BY NAMES!😳 THESE MIGHT BE COMMON AND APPRECIATED IN AMERICA BUT NOT IN INDIA AND FOR YOUR INFO. KAROL BAUGH IS IN INDIA NOT AMERICA😉

EVERY COUNTRY N SOCIETY HAS ITS NORMS AND ONE SHOULD FOLLOW THOSE.... HE SHOULD KNOW HOW TO BEHAVE WITH WHOM N I THINK IT'S PERFECTLY OK THAT NAKUL'S RECTIFYING HIS YOUNGER BROTHER EVERY TIME..!!

No really its not always necessary to call elders Bhaiya.. I have lived in India most of my life and having elder brothers or sisters who are 15-20 years older than you doesn't always mean you need to call them Bhaiya..Abhi gives him tremendous respect but always emphasizing that you need to do is not necessary !!

There is a difference the way you address elders and at different levels..

So U mean To say U call your Elder Bothers n sisters By names..??????????????????
If not exactly BHAIYA U can call Dada-Didi Tai whatever....BUT CALLING ELDER BROTHERS n SISTERS BY NAMES,not adding anything after that name .....?REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEALLY>>??
WHICH PART OF INDIA IS THAT..??😕
I agree respect should be within but saying Bhaiya oR Dada Or di/Didi MEANS Showing Respect too n sometimes that's necessary!! And Oh yes,In Rome Do as Romans Do..... and it IS a norm in India to call not only your own Elder cousins by Dada-Didi BUT Also sometimes we call Neighbours "CHACHI-CHACHA",Neighbour's kids "Didi-Dada"- To give Respect.... AND THAT's A NORM in India Which they also Show in Serials...... and I really do not think because it's an 'Indian ' tradition it has to be Annoying/Unnecessary/Backdated/Not Cool etc etc😕
JUST BECAUSE U WANT Simmi To be with ABHI N THAT"S WHY U DON't LIKE Nakul doesn't Justify that If he emphasizes that Abhi should Call him Bhaiya....it's Annoying ..YEAH..IT might Sound 'BACKDATED' to some UltraModern people Of course!!😲
And What proof did u get to say that Abhi has TREMENDOUS Respect for Nakul...huh..? Just because U like him n he's young n Cute n is the Hero😆..??

i think saying "bhaiya" is right bt if someone don't wanna say so forcing him exorbitantly is something like annoying him(abhi)..!!
saying "bhaiya" is totally depends that how ur younger wants to respect u,by saying bhaiya or something else and nakul was not right totally as if abhi won't willing to say so thats fine..i mean we cannot make relation with a extreme and unusual force..!!!

you are repeatedly being warn not to use capital letters. This is the final warning as we are not allowed to use all caps as it is considered shouting at members. This is the final warning.

I don't undestand why sould some one want others to respect them forcefully. Nakul should tell him when other ppl are around call me bhahiya. and waht is wrong with calling by names. Me and my youngest brother were 6 years apart and he always called me by my name. same with my huby and his brother who is 10 years younger than him and still called him by his name even though they come from small town and me from big city.
Respect is gained from others and not forcefully get it. and I left India 30 years ago, So we are not talking about modern era and my huby almost 40 years ago. Both nakul and Abhi lives in big city like delhi. The point here is that it depends upon the families.
Is it better that abhi calls nakul nakul bhiaya and treats him like a dirt. Abhi respects nakul. Looks at anuj and nitu calling simi di and they treat her like dirt and push her around like an yoyo.
respects are earned and not forcefully received. wouldn't it be betterr some one younger than nakul call him by name and give him the respect he deserves.😳
